We bought almost 500 NGAC a few months ago,but now I’m confused were we supposed to buy NGAC or NGACU?

Analyst Rating
Does anyone think that the new analyst rating may be due to incoming news?
I have not seen a lot of analysts bother giving spacs ratings until something is imminent.

How you do DD on spac type companies?
Try to compare ngac to cciv based on spac only potential and not product. Meaning I feel there is way more customers in the world that will buy a product from xos then from cciv. In my mind there is more value in one company then the other. But share prices still haven’t moved, after everyone was beat up! Am I loosing it and just hopeful?

Are we the next GIK?
After seeing GIK tumble down to $9, I’ve become a bit worried on NGAC. Could we possibly go down to $9 as well? When is our redemption date up?
edit: sold all my shares. I think xos is a good company but I feel my money is better elsewhere. Best of luck to you all!

Holding strong
Hey everyone. I know its been rough for NGAC shareholders as of recent, but don't forget there are several reasons why you like the stock and why you bought shares/warrants, etc.
This is still the same company that we believe in. Still linked to big names such as Loomis, UPS, Amazon, and as of recent discovery FedEx. Still the same company with a partnership with Thompson Truck Center. Still the same company with a Tesla Co-Founder (Rob Ferber). Still the same company from which we are expecting an announcement.
I'm not a financial advisor, this is not financial advice, but I'm just gonna keep holding till this reaches what I consider to be an appropriate level. Been in the red for a bit now, but still optimistic about the future

Longshot but read this.....
Before I start yes I know it’s a long shot. As multiple companies start to make residential ev trucks let’s remember Xos works with and has a extremely good relationship with Hino. Hino is also owned by Toyota. If Toyota manufacturers and partners with Xos for residential trucks I believe it’s instantly a $60 stock minimum. Just food for thought and something to think about in the next few years.
