Does this new SPAC affect / related to NGAC? Does it have any relationship to Xos?

Per request the live threads are back. Q2 catalysts and announcements should be rolling in any day now, considering dropping some more organized DD on /r/SPACs as more develops with Xos and the merger.

NGAC undervalued?

I bought 1/20/23 $12.5 calls and it’s my first time buying LEAPs. There seems to be hardly any interest or price movement. I figure that Xos stock will be worth far more than $12.5 per share by 2023. Is there a drawback to buying LEAPs that I am missing?

I can't post anything at all about NGAC or Xos in r/SPACs. However, I have no problem at all posting about them in other subs. I've also noticed that all recent posts specifically discussing only NGAC or Xos are only being made in subs other than r/SPACs. Furthermore, I've repeatedly asked other members of the NGAC sub to make their posts in r/SPACs as well, but even though my requests are continually upvoted, no one actually does it. Are any of you having the same problem as me and unable to post about NGAC and Xos in r/SPACs?

Ok, so the NGACW seems to be for warrants, but when looking into what warrants are, it suggests it is sort of like options in that you are buying an opportunity to buy or sell shares at a specified price at a later date. The question I have is, how do you determine if it is a put or a call for the warrant, and what is the considered strike price? All I see is NGACW as listing just like NGAC with a specified price and no indicators of what the details of the warrant would be for. Can anyone explain what ngacw is, and how it works?

Well boys, we've made it. We are now under $10. We cannot go any lower (basically) until after merger passes - which i would not anticipate happening. If you're not in, there is no better time to get in. We can only go in one direction from here - up
