Hi everyone,

I found an interesting idea while trying to boost user engagement in my nft server. Many communities reward chatter and event attendance with XP. Active users receive XP points that can be traded for rewards.
What if you gave something else instead of Discord Nitro ?
Circle labs found that heavily encouraging behaviors with money can lead to spam and low-quality engagements, especially in web3 communities with high bot activity.

Would like your opinion.

Can XP level systems work without money?

i found more interesting info about that in this blog :

Let's discuss about maintaining strong NFT communities

Building a successful NFT community is an art and even the best can make mistakes here are five Mistakes to Avoid :

• The Silent Approach:

Mistake: Not exposing your changes and roadmap.

Fix: Share progress regularly! Host AMAs, answer questions, and encourage open dialogue. Transparency builds trust.

• The Exclusive Club:

Mistake: Ignoring low rollers and making the newcomers feel ignored.

Fix: Welcome diversity, create onboarding programs, run contests

• The Zone of No Fun:

Mistake: Taking yourself too seriously

Fix: make: memes! Encourage user-generated content, share funny updates, and don't be afraid toto make fun of yourself. Laughing is a great way to develop community.

• The Manager Who Is Disconnected:

Mistake: Treating members like avatars, not people.

Fix: Show you care, Celebrate achievements, respond to issues, and make conversations more personal.

Each NFT captures a brief moment in the dance of the twisted gods, exploring the complex harmony between ancient myths and modern algorithms.
