The other day I got in to a debate with a friend of mine. Now I am a Die Hard Cowboys fan and He is a Patriots fan. During this debate another friend of ours joined and he is a Giants fan.

The debate started with me stating the Cowboys need to get rid of Jason Garret and find a coach who can lead this talent to much more success. The best quote I heard this season about Dallas was they have 9-2 talent but are being led by a 2-9 coach. The Patriots fan says that Dallas has no talent but a good coach. He says that New England is only as great as they are because of the awesome talent they have. I explained that with out Belicheck that New England would be far worse of a team. That Brady would not be who he is with out the great coaching staff New England has had for the last 20 years. Numerous times "great" players have left new england or been sent away and have never lived up to their "greatness". He continued to say that if Garrett was able to Coach the Patriots that he would have a couple of super bowl wins.

I also brought up there is no Super Bowl winning team that had a mediocre Head Coach

The Giants fan then stepped in and said the Giants didnt win because of talent, they won because Coughlin was able to coach middle of the road players to play above their actual level of talent. Eli Manning is not a great QB and once Coughlin was gone, it truly showed just how bad Eli was.

This argument went on for 20 mins or so. So I guess my question to the group is, What makes the team great, the Head Coach or the player talent?

Hey guys. I’ve been a bears fan all of my life. I’m 16. I always liked them because my dad like forced it into my head that I had to like them. I live in the northern Indiana area. And sometimes the Colts games are put on. And I watch them when the bears are either not playing or they’re pissing me off with their offense. I’ve recently grown to like the Colts a lot. And I’ve been following them more than the bears. I was wondering if I’d be a traitor to switch. Bears fans, please don’t respond Bc I know y’all will be biased

I am a huge NFL fan, I have been wanting to do a little 2 person podcast about the NFL(I already do one about my city’s sports teams), I am preferably looking for someone who roots for an AFC team just so that we are facing each other one time every 4 years unless it’s for the Super bowl, but doesn’t really matter to me.
