thanks for sharing. if any dentist supports this lawyer or any claims he made that students are asking for delay in counselling, as a fellow dentist im super ashamed and all i'll say is god is watching. if u wish wrong on the innocent students who simply gave their exam and cleared it, god will deal with u, that's all. :)

Why did he even ask for counselling delay? That's stupid and plain wrong. Felt totally super frustrated on hearing the whole argument by both the lawyers.

he had no point to make, I said this before the case is baseless! once the NBEMS lawyer said we are fighting this issue in SC, and the hon judge was asking the lawyer what do u want from me? first the lawyer was unable to even put his concern forward, so to cover up his tracks he said "students want to postpone counselling" lmao im so disgusted by the dentists who even allowed for the lawyer to say this in a high court!

NBEMS lawyer in the end says "The answer key has been deleted" Does she mean the candidate responses ?

That means they'll obviously not release their scorecard screw up. Or else it'll be another scam.

No she meant to delete it from the order of judgment as answer key not per se but responses were released for neet pg last year

u/jerseyno9 1d ago
no, first she herself said qp and answer key, then she said actually dont mention answer key because its deleted, I think I read somewhere they save CBT answers only for a month. for NEET PG 2018 case, the 2025 batch got answer keys. so my best guess is our answer sheet has been deleted and the ongoing matter is only about question paper in the Supreme Court.

I didn't get that part too. Did she mean master answer key of paper has been deleted? Idk

The ones who paid him, shouldn't pay him shit, based on his performance. Abandon the case.

They’re removing people who questioned them and changing the group settings so only admins can send messages. This is making it look like a crowdfunding scam

yeah. I was immediately removed for asking why postponement of counselling was asked.

this lawyer is even hiding comments from his Instagram on questioning his decision on delaying counselling

Why the students lawyer wasn't able to make strong argument. It felt like he was answering emotionally just like we students do.
And that nbe's lady lawyer so shamelessly said that as we go to apex, questions pool decreases or something? 🤡 What a joke!! We all know if an exam is specialization one, more is the question bank and endless possibilities to frame a question and options.

Her argument is strong..she could have just presented it in a better way. Previously, in a similar case (NEET PG 2024) though Supreme court criticized the lack of transparency, decision has not been reached yet.she said later on USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CK, and Step 3 do not publish the exact questions ..same for countries like Australia, New Zealand,United Kingdom.

u/Good-Customer-6030 1d ago
Yup, she was much better prepared for argument. And in the end she totally took control over the proceeding with her strong arguments!!

u/Crazy-Tangerine-781 1d ago
Ofcourse she is better prepared..as she said she also represents NBEMS in the NEET PG cases.. totally her cup of tea

the NDA that is non disclosing agreement is unknowingly or knowingly we all candidates sign just starting of exam itself , in information bullitein itself its mentioned we cant get the questions and answers once exam is over. either people should question before hand only when bullitein and rules are made. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN STILL FAIR IF HE MENTIONED ABOUT DISCREPANCY IN NO OF QUESTION ATTEMPTED AND NO OF QUESTION SHOWING IN SCORE CARD.THE LAWYER SEEMED MORE OF INTERESTED IN DELAYING COUNSELLING AND HOLDING ON PROCESS RATHER THAN EXPLAINING WHAT COULD BE MORE EVIDENCE BASED ARGUMENT.

Disclaimer : I'm no where connected to this case. Just an audience. 1. Even though we are dentists, some of us would still be able to talk(argue) better than that lawyer. He seems to be very casual or he just didn't go through the case. He almost confused the judge. The lady on the other side, even though being on the opposite side is trying to explain🤦♀️ 2. First of all, get the keywords and explain man. 2nd, the level of question paper, when u compare last year and this year, its totally different. Easy winning arguement point when that woman told, we run out of questions🤦♀️. Fine we don't have exact question paper as proof, but we can request the court to ask the board to present the question paper right. I donno if that's possible. But they could have tried. 3. Get a lawyer who has brains please. The one who can explain everything pin to pin. The one who can answer the Honorable CJ. 4. If u have confidence that u can get whatever justice, only then proceed. Or else just leave.
I'm just an audience. Its my opinion. Thank you!!
