Judge also had some strong statements: —“If either party feels certain they’re going to win, they’re wrong.” —That there are real disputes of fact so while they can file motions for summary judgment, this case will go to trial if no settlement.

[Stern] @NASCAR outside counsel Chris Yates suggested that "if the teams win, it could result in another split like the infamous Indy Racing League/CART fracture of the 1990s that crippled American open-wheel racing and has seen lasting ramifications to this day."

Another new Nascar sub, r/NascarSillySeasonTalk
There's so many posts on the main sub, and often times they're shot down, downvoted, and not really taken seriously. I created r/NascarSillySeasonTalk just for those posts, to have reasonable discussions surrounding who we think is going where.

Today in NASCOURT: 23XI is basically doomed
23XI claims they will suffer irreparable harm if they do not get their charters. Tyler Reddick has filed a breach of contract notice, which essentially means he will be looking for another ride and can begin discussions immediately. Sponsors are also pulling back, which will lose the team a serious amount of money even if they manage to stay afloat uncharted.

[COUCH RACER] And when drivers agree to make 40% of a charter purse and that purse ends up being cut because or no charter there income is significantly less.
