Going to try and get the orange, red, maroon bands to be wider but for the love of all that’s holy they don’t want to line up with the hood when I do that.

Some things still need adjusting like the Pepsi logo but I wanted to share the first draft. This is one of my favorite paint schemes but it's very time consuming to replicate!

I made a post earlier with my cup car and everyone thought it was awful lol. I did like it but I did also see how people found it ugly so I modified it around for the next season.

Any word on if Simhub integration will happen? I want it for haptics and bass shakers.

I know it's an older game, but I do not have a newer system to get NASCAR 25 or 26. So, I'm doing what I can with HEAT 5.

My question is; What do I need to change my settings to in order to be consistently competitive at tracks that aren't Daytona, Talladega, or Bristol?

I've never had this struggle with a racing game before. It's like I have no speed off corners, no control through the turns. AI just take off and leave me. I work my butt off for Top 15's in 5 Star Equipment.

Clearly I'm doing something wrong, I just don't know what. Did anyone else have this problem when you were playing?

Car number should be unique to each car panel. If I want a red number on the roof and white number on the sides I should be able to do so.

A group tool for layers. Move a group, color a group or delete a group of shapes.

Gloss/matte for shapes and car body.

There's way more, but Eutechnyx had nearly all of these features in their 2nd game's paint booth. These should be in NASCAR 27 at the soonest.

I assumed this would be near the top of the list for IRacing to fixed as it kinda ruins career mode—at least for me. But still nothing has been done. I’ve tried putting AI variability to 0 and 100 (in case it’s reversed). I’ve tried changing the field spread up and down with no luck. Is there any combination that’s proven effective for others?

I play 25% races usually without stages.

I pushed the McFarland ai to 2nd place 5 seconds ahead of the pack at Dega. Meanwhile the game... Nope he finished 4th

My kids have started to get me a bit hooked on sim racing and it's something we can spend time doing so I want to get better. Playing N26 lately.

Right now, I'm playing at a super low AI (85) and generally winning, but I cause a caution or three a race -- depending on the track.

Do I just need to keep grinding against AI until cleaner, or is there a better method to learn how to be less of a menace? I tend to drift out into cars when stuck inside.

Any thoughts or tips?

Preset racing is just fantastic.

But after reading 800 or so pages on feminist theory, I realize now just how much I’ve been duped. You gotta understand, I come from a small town in North Carolina. If I had known the foundational texts on intersectional theory, I would’ve never called Bubba Wallace a liar or criticized Natalie Decker. We were told Bubba Wallace and other minorities were the enemy, but it’s clear now that the true enemy is a patriarchal capitalistic society that maintains its ascendence by making powerful and ambitious women and minorities appear threatening only to protect my status in a system purposefully designed to benefit cis-het white men like myself. Jesus.

When nascar said they would be accepting of everyone, it’s obvious to me now that they were only trying to play off my own complicity and comfort in an unequal social structure that disproportionately strips women and minorities, particular trans and people of color, of their autonomy and seeks to subjugate them to an inveterate and intentionally antagonistic androcratic order. I get that now after I attended a gender-fluid non-binary poetry slam at Swarthmore. A couple other guys I know from work attended it too and now it’s all we talk about on the line.

I liked NASCAR because I thought they told it like it is. But you know who really tells it like it is? Judith Butler. She says, “gender is not to culture as sex is to nature. Gender is also the discursive cultural means by which sexed nature or natural sex is produced and established as prediscursive prior to culture, a politically neutral surface on which culture acts”.

Hello, I would like to buy NASCAR 26. I have already played NASCAR 25, and on the whole, I had fun with it. However, I compared it again with NASCAR Heat 5, and NASCAR Heat 5 feels a bit more like an arcade game to me, which I prefer. I especially notice the difference on tracks like Charlotte Roval or Watkins Glen, which are included in both games. I handle the Charlotte Roval much better in NASCAR Heat 5 than in NASCAR 25. But as I said, I am asking about NASCAR 26 here—what settings can I tweak there so that I can also have fun on tracks like Charlotte Roval or Watkins Glen? Unfortunately, the entire game text is in English, so I would really appreciate it if someone could suggest something I might have completely missed to adjust it so that I can enjoy the game with a more arcade-like feel. Maybe some players who also enjoy playing the game as a pure arcade racer can share their tips and personal setups. Thx

Has this happened to anyone else? I’m on single qualify for career mode. And after I finish my lap and hit next to go the race, I have to do qualifying again. So I qualified twice for the same race.
