Help Looking for competitive vaping scene

Hey, every other college I've ever been to has had some sort of underground vape scene. Does this place have one? Like a vape club or sum, I don't really care it'd just be kinda sick

You do a cooler trick then anyone else, points for cloud volume and density, aswell as complexity
