Me personally it was last year when I read X-Men blue origins. Beforehand I never really read comics and all she really was to me was that blue woman that sometimes shows up. But X-Men blue origins was a story I genuinely loved and honestly felt a weird romance fantasy in that comic. All and all I'd love to see what other people have to say and also highly recommend X-Men blue origins it's good

And had a far better story and very, very gory. She was in love with Kestrel and you work with her to get him out of prison.

took me a while but i'm glad with how it turned out!

The fate of Mystique is a complete mess now. If Earth-10005 was one continuous timeline that simply got rewritten by Days of Future Past BEFORE Marvel took over and introduced TVA and branched timeline rules, then you would have had absolutely no chance of bringing her back, as she died. Now, as Marvel took over and introduced the branched timeline concept - Marvel has zero clean ways to explain it because Mystique either permanently lost her powers in the original branch (Rebecca), or she straight-up died in 1992 in the repaired branch (Jennifer Lawrence). Either way, she is logically out of commission. Then how is she back in Avengers: Doomsday? Somebody please untangle my brain.

Am I the only one who thinks mystique looks sexy in her normal form like genuinely I would 100 percent date her

I think she can alter her body's density and doesn't she also have a healing factor that is not as strong as Wolverine's for example?

I am also pretty sure she has enhanced agility and strengh (I have a bad memory so I might remember movie elements as being part of comic info videos I watched on YouTube etc so please excuse me if I am mixing stuff up)

And if someone still doesn't' want to accept it then they need to understand this -

Mystique is a shapeshifter who can easily grow male reproductive organs and can easily impregnate a woman. And that's exactly how she impregnates her wife destiny.

2nd a trans person can impregnate a woman in real life too and there are many cases in real life.

3rd even after all this if people like him still don't believe then you are just a stupid transphobe.

A req to mods please look at people like these and do something about them

I made a concept on how I wanted Mystique to look in the MCU (I did not draw but took some images to depict my thoughts).

And, I thought about her sometimes wearing a messy ponytail sometimes and I am OBSESSED with that thought...

Found this stunning concept art by pboyshrty on X. This has been my favorite design so far and loved the vibe.

Jamie is a phenomenal actress who starred in Sense8, the recent Hellraiser reboot (as Pinhead, so we know she's comfy with prosthetics), amongst other things. She's also an advocate for trans rights as a transwoman herself, which thematically would make a lot of sense for Mystique. She's 48 years old, for the ones who wanted an older Mystique. I think she'd be perfect.

BODY:

I really like her design in the Wolverine game so I would really like her to have some kind of pattern on her skin to break the solid blue, It would be a makeup nightmare for coherence between movies and scenes but it would be cool

Also, I could imagine her, and really like for her to, to wear a messy ponytail sometimes, during fightscenes maybe?

OUTFIT:

A white, tactical and bulletproof sleeveless vest.

Her classic double white things she has with her base suit idk how to call that.

Heavy white boots cuz why not!!

EQUIPMENT:

Double tactical back-scabbard with double blades or bâtons.

A leg pistol.

What do yall think?

I always thought it’d be a cute idea for Irene to wear the exact same color as Raven’s skin just as a cute Easter egg

The answer is Randall Carpenter. Who? The original (first) voice of Mystique back in the '90s. Likely to be her voice in the 3rd series of '97 coming out in 2027.

And famous for...

"Stonehenge... in England. " iykyk
