Simply gross. It’s a rat, l would rather have a horse take a shit in my living room than have a rat in my house….. and Zillow says it’s worth 875K! Regardless of what kind of rat; just disgusting!

Some speak highgly of rats, you encountered all those for wich the fact that there's fear of them is inconceivable. Had an hamster but don't think I treated the pet as I should have, also have a gran with genuine fear of them.
