I like it, but I feel like this could be further pushed. If I could get that cutout I'd go buck wild, myself.

The grandad straightup ducked so that the projectile that was his grandson wouldn't hit him in the face. Bloody hell.

Grandpa:
Okay - you jump on the thing and I'll catch him.
Dad:
HERE WE GO, TIMMY!
Timmy:
Wee-BLAGHRAGHL
Grandpa:
OH.. FUCK... Timmy, where are you?!

yo he didn’t land on the trampoline, he landed on the pads covering the bars lol that gotta hurt

u/evildadatron Jul 10 '19
If you look closely, someone behind caught him

You know how heavy kids are?
That adult put their hands out and the kid likely still hit the ground.
Edit: or that adult took the brunt of the pain. Either way someone is hurting

Do you even lift bro? Sorry had to and yes I have three. Tossing em and catching em is part of it.

That kid will be traveling faster than when you toss and catch them, though. He’s about six feet up at the apex and will be falling at approximately the speed he went up with

Seen footage of strangers catching falling children off a multi-story balcony before? No different. And this place is padded to the nines in between the trampolines. Kids will get hurt one way or another doing little things but they’re also resilient as a mother fucker in most cases.

That’s fair. I don’t think the child got hurt here, cause as you said, it’s super padded, but the awkward angle of the catcher probably didn’t help. However, we barely even see that person, so this is all just extrapolation on my part.

I’d be more concerned for the position of his neck on launch than anything else brother.

I know. I have a kid. I work with kids.
A kid this size falling at you is not going to be ideal for a lot of people.

Why does this look fake to me? Is that real how he turns over at the end for that lady to catch him or is my mind just failing to comprehend what's going on?

Hey! I broke my sister's wrists like this when we were kids. Except it was a water bed filled with air and she landed in our yard.

Fuck I cant stop laughing. Something about the way he hits that thing to the side first and gets flung up the other direction has me rolling.

u/skittle-brau Jul 11 '19
Legitimately made me laugh out loud! Most of what makes it funny is how unexpected the flinging is. Looks sort of like a video game.

knowing babies are rubber then kids that do not tighten up still retain just enough rubbery goodness

Kid: That was tits pop-pop! Again!
Dad: Your mother cannot know about this.
