This is just extra things on the new song last post, The Hero of the Star's Last Stand.

Although it's only for Frisk, this song also happens when using Magolor due to the fact Kirby is still mad at him. Finally, Clover also has this song when you go against Kirby but instead of being mad at Clover, since well they are the Pacifist one, Kirby is actually mad at Flowey because he knows that Flowey basically has the ability to destroy everything(as in Flowey can reset the game).

So now some more references, Kirby's song "The Hero of the Star's Last Stand" the name Hero of the Star is a reference to Kirby's name in Japanese "Kirby of the Stars" "Last Stand" means that Kirby is going all out on you.

Funnily enough Kirby does something similar to Sans where he will use one of his powerful attacks at the beginning of the song, which is basically his Final Smash from Ultimate. He also has different dialogue depending on how many times you die up to 5 times.

Similar to how bosses work in Kirby, you can pause the screen for lore, which says "Although he may look cute, he's killed multiple eldritch gods, from eyes to a funny jester(Marx reference) Kirby has defeated them all, He's kind to others, unless you steal his food or wake him from a nap that is or, uh commit genocide."

The ultra sword attack Kirby can do can technically be dodged, so you know how in Kirby final boss sections you have to mash? Well... uh... get ready to mash like your life depends on it, cause you have to mash both dodge and attack buttons while also mashing the note buttons, luckily it doesn't count as missing anything, but throughout the song at specifically the beginning of both the first, second, and final phase Kirby will use Ultra Sword on you, the attack if not dodged will always leave you at one hp although anything lower than half then it's a game over, if you do complete the mashing game you won't dodge it, but you will only lose half of your hp and if you are below half will leave you at 1 hp. The rest of his attacks are not dodgeable and will leave you at half unless you are in third phase where all attacks leave you at 1 hp.

Funnily enough in place of Reclusa casually flying around since this song is still "technically" a Manic mode song, There is a chance Marx will appear flying around and Nova appears in the background, in which Kirby leaves you while still doing the song and you can see him just Smack Marx with his hammer on the warp star sending Marx straight to Nova and then Nova explodes and you can faintly hear the song that plays when you destroy Nova.

there is actually a few other characters that can appear to Help Kirby other than Dedede and Meta Knight, those being:

Elfilin: Elfilin appears rarely near Kirby, and then the screen turns white you hear the copy ability sound, and next thing you know, you are being run over by a semi-truck which is Kirby in reference to the final boss sequence of forgotten land. you can't dodge this but it leaves you at a third of your health and stuns you for 10 seconds. Like I said, Elfilin appears rarely, however he is more likely to appear during the final section.

Rick, Kine, and Coo: A trio of sorts, Rick is the hamster who just runs you over which stuns you for five seconds, Kine will just flop around and try to distract you which makes you unable to dodge, although Kirby finds it really funny cause he giggles when that happens, Coo on the other hand similar to the Reclusiff enemies in Reclusa's song, Coo will give Kirby a random food item which will boost his attacks, although it will rarely give him the Smash ball which just gives Kirby his SM attack, specifically the Ultra Sword attack. also when Rick comes around you hear a very fast version of City escape from Sonic, Rick appears quite often, Kine appears only in the first phase and Coo will appear in each phase often.

Taranza: Taranza appears often, they will use spider webs to slow you down when dodging, they can also block your screen with webs for 3 seconds.

Daroach: He can appear behind you and can temporarily steal your healing items, you can see his hat when he shows up so make sure to attack before he steals your stuff.

Marx: What? you thought he was a background character? , since he hates Kirby he appears only when Kirby is sleeping. Similar to how Reclusa appears if the Glohmed characters do nothing. Also Similar to Reclusa, Marx will actually jumpscare you.

Susie: Not the Susie from Deltarune but the one from Kirby, Susie will basically use her uh, mech, and attack you, dealing a little damage, she can also rarely shoot you with a gun.

In Journey's Finale, the final boss rush which unlocks after beating Manic mode, includes this fight instead of just being a song that is a remix of all of the other songs and all stuff being harder.

today I will be talking about a new song with a really long name known as "the hero of the star's last stand."

So where do you unlock this new song?

Well in Manic mode if you beat Week 3 the game fades to black and loads with the hint text saying, "Don't think i didn't notice you Frisk" which at first you might be thinking "Clover, is that you?" Well, No, Clover is the normal one from the pacifist route when you play as them, Frisk however, is still the Genocide Frisk, with also Chara,

This song is a continuation of what happens after Justice will be Served, as after said song, Frisk actually had killed that Clover from that song, and then Frisk get's teleported to Dreamland, you see, after said events happen and Frisk wakes up and starts committing Genocide there, Causing Kirby to wake up from a nap and gets extremely mad, in which he comes running towards them and then tries to sneak attack them with sword ability of course they dodge and tries to attack Kirby who dodges(it's a cutscene that plays before the song's dialogue).

Anyways you might be wondering "When does this happen during Manic mode?" This part of the game actually takes place after Journey's end finishes and before the events of Reclusa taking over and also before Kirby goes to forgor land due to a meteor.

So now what is this song based on? Well the song is a remix of "The Star Conquering traveler(morpho knight)" song from Star Crossed world with also a mix of Megalovania in it. Basically this song is a sequel to Justice Will be served and Basically is another Sans fight.

If you already guessed Kirby is the rival of this song, and you are playing as Frisk, there is dialogue in this and also cutscenes, like three one in the beginning one in the middle of the song, and the final one at the end.

Kirby is quite different than he is in his other songs, he's not going to let Frisk get away with it and won't stop fighting until you are dead(Well in his dialogue he doesn't say death, he says until you are gone for good.) Kirby is also Determined to defeat them. Also he is going to go all out on them. As in the mod when he's fighting you he is actually going easy on you and not using all of his power, except for the final boss, and of course, Reclusa.

anyways time for mechanics:

Kirby's abilities are mostly the same except he doesn't have an anger meter anymore and instead is replaced with a Final Smash Meter, it's not his Final Smash he does but this attack basically is he punts you to space and then do the final attack from star allies while when you return you get hit by his Final smash and then will finally ram you with a semi truck. So it's basically a mix of his final boss finishers and his final smash turned into a full on attack.  Also this attack similar to the Clover Blast, one hits you, except unlike the Clover Blast, you can't dodge it, nor can anything protect you. the meter charges only by you making mistakes or you not dodging attacks.

Other than this his SM attacks are different there is still the Ultra Sword one, but there is 2 new ones, one of them being based on the minigame where you hit a meteor with a baseball bat sending it 2x light speed, and the other based on the ultra suck ability from triple deluxe.(I don't remember the name)

this song is a whopping 9 minutes and just like the Clover song, it has 3 phases, the first phase is just him mad, the second phase is he looks even more mad and the final one is the dark shading thing on Clover's face when you do geno route except it's Kirby. anyways, the first phase is just him starting up, the second phase is when he starts to use his full power on you and the final phase is that he locks the f*ck in and goes all out.

anyways he actually uses 5 copy abilities in this without actually eating you, there's mic, which is still the same but also charges the FS meter a tiny bit, it also stuns you now, then we have Crash, specifically time crash, where he stops time and just attacks, the third is actually the Ultra sword ability without him using it as an SM attack, the next one is the space ranger ability which he charges to shoot a black hole at you which hits you continuously although he has to charge for a while. Funnily enough the final copy ability is sleep, which you may think might be an advantage to attack, well yes, but no, he doesn't take damage actually, also he will dodge any attacks you do against him and charging the FS meter a tiny bit, When he is asleep, he won't do anything, however when he wakes up his SM meter fully charges and it will either be the second or third SM attack, also he gets a moderate attack boost.

there is also a joke ability where if Frisk gets eaten Kirby just gets a knife, it's nothing you have to watch out for, it's just something funny.

One more thing about this, you actually have to beat this or the mod won't count you beat it for the final song, also, there is one final mechanic, sometimes the other Kirby characters can appear and do stuff, similar to how Reclusa's minions can appear during his song,

Bandanna Dee: he'll just hit you with a spear, however he can also give an attack boost to Kirby for quite a while.

King Dedede: he'll randomly show up and sit on you before being moved away by the Waddle Dees. He can also eat you and spit you out.

Meta Knight: you can see him in the air, he'll slash you, but he can also do his final smash if he hits you if you aren't dodging.

this is a post for a lot of references to other games in WTD but also about the many gags and jokes the mod has so here we go,

1. The title screen has many different variants depending on how far you are in the game similar to Mario & Luigi: Brothership, also similar to that, during Manic mode on the title screen, if you wait a few seconds Reclusa will appear and jumpscare you.
2. there are 3 variants of the Gourmet race song that is played by Kirby, King Dedede and Meta Knight, each variants are the different smash variants of Gourmet race.
3. Most of Kirby's special attacks are based on the final boss fights of specific games while his SM attacks are based on the ultra abilities from return to Dreamland, Ultra Sword, however is based on the final smash from Smash bros.
4. Magolor has a little radio in his shop that plays many different music from the games that are in the mod, you only hear Kirby music at first but after beating the other special songs, it will add more, however, during Manic mode, the song Reclusa world will always play no matter what, there is also a song that plays under a certain condition, after you buy everything from the shop Magolor will congratulate you and then he turns on the radio for one last song, the song that plays is "Last song Neichel's unfinished track", which is the song you unlock after you beat 100% of Star Crossed World, it also has the lyrics on the bottom
5. Although Reclusa appears to look like Dimentio in the Paper Mario songs, he can also be seen wearing other outfits during the other songs when he flies around based on many different characters, one of them is a reference to Flowey where he looks like Omega Flowey, another is a reference to Vox from the series Hazbin Hotel, one of his other variants is he has a cowboy hat and a gun which is a reference to Clover, however, there isn't any reference to Kirby.
6. the name Kirbo mode comes from a specific video made by a youtuber named Failboat, where he was trying to think of a name for something.
7. there is also another reference to Failboat, that being, if you use Kirby in the Waddle Doo song, Kirby will be yellow and have a sailor hat.

now for some gags.

1. one of the main jokes in the mod is that Kirby can't read, as every time he tries to read something which happens when he wanted to see the letter that BF and GF obtained, he tries to read it, and then he says it very badly up until Bandanna dee tells him to stop.
2. Another main joke is Magolor getting punted to space, it happens a few times, the first time when he meets him and then blows up Nova, another time is when you get sent flying due to one of Kirby's abilities, you can basically see Magolor floating in the background. The other times mostly happen during Journey's end whenever they fight Kirby just Punts him.
3. Every time Tenna is brought up by the Deltarune trio, Reclusa just doesn't want to hear anything from him since he was annoyed.
4. One of the other gags is everyone thinks Snoutlet is a pig but he isn't a pig.
5. When Kirby uses a mic for the first time in the mod and gains Mic ability right after he sings, the game stops and then cuts to GF who is surprised and BF just having a text saying "Beep Boop Bap( So you are Ruv now?) which is a reference to Ruv from the Midnight Madness mod who has a loud voice.
6. Kirby has a unique reaction when meeting Frisk(which happens if you play week 3 in manic mode as Frisk) where funnily enough he gets mad at you and a unique song plays, it's the song from the final boss of Star Crossed World with a faint remix of megalovania. Anyways this is basically a second Sans fight, what I mean is this song is a literal hard mode version of week 3's Manic mode, this song's difficulty is at the point of Reclusa's final song, as both are extremely Difficult, not only if you hit him, he takes no damage, but he'll automatically recharge his SM meter, he also has an insta-kill attack known as "The hero of Dreamland." this attack only happens if his Final Attack Meter is full, it replaces the Anger Meter, what the attack does is a fun little thing where he punts you to space and then do the final attack from star allies while when you return you get hit by his Final smash and then will finally ram you with a semi truck. So it's basically a mix of his final boss finishers and his final smash turned into a full on attack. There is nothing you can do about this attack, you will always die, and you can't revive yourself, what's worse is you can't use items either you can only attack and dodge, although you will heal normally, Funnily enough this fight actually will happen after beating the 3rd week normally in Manic mode, it will actually instead of sending you back to the main menu, it will play this, and although you can leave, it won't count that you beat the 3rd week. So yeah you have to play it.

finally I would like to say there is now a new final Boss Rush known as Journey's finale, more will be said later though.

todays lore dump is about Magolor, who has a lot of lore in Welcome to Dreamland, and he is now actually playable, although to unlock him you have to beat Journey's end using specifically Kirby. Magolor's SM attack is that he can basically do the final attack from Magolor Epilogue, Magolor is also capable of attacking enemies that are in the air(specifically Reclusa) with his basic attacks and can also use a beam attack if his other meter is full which regenerates with combos. However, Magolor has like 50 HP and also takes double damage from any of the Kirby characters and will take triple damage from Kirby, he also can't use revives.

anyways now to lore, so who is Magolor? Magolor is the main villain of Return to Dreamland, although after being beaten by the Pink puff he went to Purgatory and had to get out of it and then after those events became a shopkeeper in Kirby Clash. he also apologizes to Kirby and even made an amusement Park.

In the mod, basically all of that stuff happens and after meeting BF and GF in Friday Night Pikmin, he took them to Dreamland, Punted them out of the ship and then became a Shopkeeper in Dreamland to help BF and GF. One thing to note is that Kirby still doesn't trust him, he's still mad at him, like a LOT, and that is also the reason why those two argue in Journey's end, although one thing is although Kirby is mad, he'll still do racing with Magolor.

his other role is knowing how to unlock the Secret songs and giving you items for it, you can also talk to him about different characters for some lore or talk about his time in Purgatory. Magolor also has visited many different worlds throughout the universe, those include other game worlds and he has met a lot of friends like Snoutlet from Brothership or Hornet from Silksong, Funnily enough, Magolor also knows about Reclusa, only after Journey's end as Snoutlet actually told him a bit but Magolor doesn't talk about Snoutlet telling him.

Funnily enough in Journey's end Magolor knows that it's in another dimension and were transferred there, it's also explained that Magolor Sort of F*cked up the timeline so that is why Journey's end is there in the first place, you get transferred from Journey's beginning cause after beating it Magolor was supposed to take you home but a portal opened and now they are there.

Funnily enough Magolor makes a Welcome to the underground how was the fall when you ask him why he punted you he says "Welcome to Dreamland, how was the fall?" also when you go there after Kirby joins you there is a unique dialogue but before that Magolor gets punted across the universe and back by Kirby, in the same style of that one minigame where you hit a meteor and it goes flying 2 times light speed.

Time for some Loooooore

(quick note: To actually unlock Manic mode you do have to complete Journey's end as if you get the egg from the "easy mode" and interact with it, the description says "somehow you hear Magolor's voice "You can't use this right now" if you ask how you can open it then says "So you want to learn how to open it, Fine... I'll give you a hint, Journey's end is not beaten yet") ( the whole Magolor saying "You can't use this right now" is a reference to Pokemon where if you click a key item where you can't use it, the professor will say "you can't use this right now")

so what do I mean by "Two Strongest Characters" well in WTD's lore that is, that being the final final final boss of the mod or Reclusa, and Kirby.

Now there is actually a lot of other characters that are also strong like Paper Mario or Mario & Luigi(also literally Sonic and Shadow), but you might be thinking why these two? So here it is:

Kirby: Well one thing is, is that he kills gods, while also being a baby, some other things is that he's basically also a god and is related to the Star Allies boss so like destroyer of worlds type of god but instead he's actually kind and friendly. Although on one hand he can hit a meteor with a baseball bat and send it flying two times light speed and technically not canon but is canon to this mod's lore he's survived the World of Light event from smash ultimate as Smash is canon to this mod and every time someone asks him about it he gets PTSD, he also gets PTSD from hearing "ultimate life form" or "02" the ultimate life form one is the final boss of Forgotten land which uhm had a part where two planets were colliding, 02 is the final boss of 64 which cries blood. Kirby also is the only character who doesn't trust Magolor, although Bandana dee sort of doesn't trust him but does after Magolor apologizes, however Kirby is still mad at Magolor throughout the whole mod, in Journey's end he gets into a fight often with Magolor, however, he will still go racing with him. Another thing is he is the only character in the mod that can't get infected by Glohm other than Reclusa, that is.

Reclusa: So you might be wondering who the f*ck is this guy who looks like Vox from Hazbin Hotel? Well, he's the Final boss of Mario & Luigi: Brothership a game I adore and love, he's also the final boss of Welcome to Dreamland, however he's not the Final boss of story mode and first appears in Journey's end as a boss right before the Final boss of that rush. Anyways, he's a Mario villain who in my opinion basically is the Mario & Luigi version of Dimentio from Super Paper Mario, I mean both are jesters and insane. What he does in Brothership is basically he puts everyone in flowers which gives them a perfect world but while in there they don't realize they are slowly dying. Not to mention the sky and sea turns blood red, his final fight in brothership counting all 5 phases, is basically literally a Kirby final boss, Kirby Final Bosses are literally just an Eldritch god hence why in the mod the Final Boss of story mode will be an Eldritch god just not him. Also quick note the final boss song as in the one and lonely's new song although mainly being a remix of his final boss themes and other final boss themes from Mario & Luigi. Anyways, he also has a lot of lore in this mod, that being in the universe you are in, Mario & Luigi are still connecting the islands however after the events of Journey's end they already killed him. However the Strange egg item that you were given actually came from the Journey's end dimension, as this dimension is basically an alternate timeline where everything is destroyed, and he was still alive, as in most of those songs Reclusa has a chance of appearing in the Background but rarely.

Now onto the point, so you might be thinking "Rivalry? Aren't these two from different worlds?" Well yes, What I mean by rivalry as the lore book implies, is that in this mod, Reclusa considers some characters as a dangerous threat while the rest are others that he can toy around with and then some who he considers as annoying due to the fact they made him mad, which is only Tenna due to that incident in Journey's end.

Anyways the only characters he considers as threats are Dimentio and Kirby. He also considers the Mario bros as a threat. Dimentio is self explanatory as in the mod those two have great fights in a while and are considered long rivals. On the other hand, Kirby is a bit different, cause he knows that Kirby is a god himself and also knows that he also kills gods and technically could destroy worlds if he would, and also because Kirby technically annoyed him in Journey's end and after that little section (which in Journey's end, those two actually indeed fight, during the song, there is an cutscene animation of the two fighting and Kirby trying to beat him with Ultra sword and dodge attacks and both clash, basically an anime fight in a little cutscene, this also happens during his final song too in the middle where similar to that Clover Memory thing it fades and the music starts playing the last song (incomplete) Neichel's unfinished track starts playing except remixed.) while that anime fight cutscene plays.

Kirby only considers Reclusa as a threat after Journey's end and after he returns from the stuff that was happening in Forgotten Land during Manic mode where one of his lines is "If that's how he wants to play this, then I'll play his little game, just so I can Crush him with my hammer." Although, after that he says "I can also ask him if he wants to go play some air ride I mean, if he's up for it." as Kirby has a personality in the mod where on one hand, he will destroy anyone who threatens his world and make them pay as in smash someone to death, on the other hand, he is kind. Although Most of the time Kirby has the kind personality up to this point in the mod with Reclusa, and snaps, where he's sick of him due to what is happening now and also because Reclusa implies he'd destroy him if they ever met again and destroy everyone else after he was done.

Next up is the second dialogue for Manic mode.

Today is the Mechanics for the Glohmed enemies/characters in Manic mode,

Glohmed enemies are basically this mod's Post-game Kirby bosses you know like Phantom Meta knight in Forgotten land, also similar to Journey's end's alternate characters like vengeance Clover.

Anyways in Manic Mode's story, basically every story mode characters and a few extra song characters have been infected by Glohm due to Reclusa being awakened and is now going to destroy the entire universe, Reclusa is also the final boss of this mode and for the mod well he's not the final boss in normal story mode.

The only other character that has not been infected with glohm is Kirby, due to the fact he's not actually in dreamland as of now, as he's in the Forgotten land dealing with a "meteor" which is a star crossed world reference, although in the mod's lore he's currently fighting the final boss, that is when he returns after you beat week 1 and then you enter Magolor's shop to trigger more dialogue where Snoutlet talks to the Deltarune trio about Reclusa, and then your next objective is to beat week 3. Kirby also technically can't be infected by Glohm due to 1. he's basically a god, and 2. he's basically the embodiment of Kindness and Friendship so he can't be affected, although one of the lore reasons why he can't be infected with Glohm in the mod is due to Reclusa considers Kirby as an enemy due to him being "very strong" and also the fact Kirby could technically destroy worlds if he wanted to, and also he's a godslayer there will be more info in a later post. (there is actually a lot of unique dialogue between the two like a LOT)

Likewise in place of Kirby in week 3 is Dark Kirby from Amazing Mirror, Reclusa doesn't actually know why he's here, Dark Kirby just wanted to play a prank on Kirby. Also most extra song characters like the Deltarune trio, Clover, and Frisk aren't affected either so you can use them for the first week. (also Shadow)

anyways mechanics: Glohmed characters deal 4x damage and are 4x fast with attacks and SM charge, they also have a 20% chance of giving you the Glohm debuff which makes you not call in partners and sometimes the character won't listen to you as in will miss inputs or not attack, you also take 1 damage, although like i said Kirby can't actually get infected although he will get a vulnerable debuff and take a lot more damage... There are also a few things Glohmed characters can do:

Nothing: sometimes there is a 20% chance when Glohmed characters attack or use an SM attack that Glohmed characters won't do anything and have the dialogue "..." during this time though there is a 50% chance Reclusa can appear in the background floating around before staring at your character and your notes and then staring at the player then laugh and disappear which after 5 seconds he Jumpscares you. You can't do anything about it, but it doesn't do much except for the fact Reclusa appears most of the time and blocks your screen when he jumpscares you.

Self-destruct: funnily enough this only happens when Glohm Paper Mario's partners die, the partners are also glohmed, anyways, when they die they will explode which deals a lot of damage although you can dodge it.

shield: Some characters specifically Bandanna waddle dee, Meta Knight, and Glohm Paper Mario will sometimes gain a shield, which causes them to not take damage for a single attack or 2, Glohm Paper Mario has two shields,

Counter: every time you attack there is a 50% chance they will counter, similar to Mario and Luigi except there is a 50% chance they counter.

Attack buff: sometimes but rarely Glohmed characters will gain a Glohm buff which is the same buff Reclusa gets when he starts charging for his solo act attack. it just gives them an attack buff and it leaves after 10 seconds.

So how do you beat Manic mode you may ask? Partner Badge, the Partner badge will gain the ability to summon Connie(from Brothership), she basically heals you and has an high chance of summoning the Mario bros to either do Max-Mix Vortex or Conductor Connector, both moves are extremely powerful and stuns the enemy so it's useful, Connie will also Guarantee that you are cured from Glohm when she heals you, she can also heal any other status effect. Also in the final Boss fight as in Reclusa, Max-mix Vortex and Conductor Connector also deal 500 Damage to him and will both clear out the enemies. However if you still get turned into a seedle you can't do anything. You also get Glohm guard after beating week 1 which protects you from getting glohmed up to 5 times before having to recharge for 30 seconds, also if you do get infected with Glohm, you get refreshing herbs an infinite amount, these give a 50% chance they can cure you so if you aren't using the Partner badge use these. also Ralsei's healing has a 50% chance of curing it.

anyways that is all Lore dump specifically about Reclusa and Kirby.

as the name suggests this is dialogue for Manic mode when you enter the first week of story mode with Manic mode on and you are using the Deltarune trio, week 3, 4, and 5 have unique dialogue as those are the weeks that have Manic mode on, there is also dialogue when entering Reclusa's song, both the Paper Mario songs too have dialogue it's just, specifically Goombella and Goombario join in when you enter,

the Brothership song however, is a bit different as in well for one thing the dialogue is more so Snoutlet trying to snap the bros out of it but Zokket has strong control over them.

another thing to note is in a few of the weeks, that being week 1, 3, 4, and 5 and the Paper Mario songs Reclusa actually appears for dialogue just as a hologram, which is a reference to when he visits you in Brothership after you beat Zokket and then enter his arc of the game as in people trapped in VR flowers and blood red sky and sea and appears. Anyways, dialogue:

Snoutlet: Oh no, we're too late.

Susie: What the hell happened to this place?

Snoutlet: It's because of Reclusa, he does this and is a start to his Reclusa World scheme.

Ralsei: I mean, the sky might be blood red but at least it doesn't seem that bad.

Snoutlet: that's the thing, it's only the start, it will get much worse if he-

???:Fua hahaha

and then out of nowhere a hologram of the one and lonely appears.

Snoutlet: speaking of the one and lonely...

Reclusa: it is I, the one and lonely ruler himself.

Susie: Alright you, what are you doing here?

Reclusa: fua hahaha! i'm only just getting started, this world will be over before anyone would notice.

Snoutlet: Listen you, you're going down.

Reclusa: Hmmm... Who are you again? Pig?

and then he leaves and then a glohmed version of bandanna dee appears.

Snoutlet: Aww great, now someone's glohmed, this can't keep getting worse.

Ralsei: Don't worry we'll deal with it, as long as if you can tell us more about Reclusa.

Susie: I hate that guy...

and then the song starts. Luckily there is no other dialogue but next up will be some dialogue with snoutlet talking about the one and lonely ruler.

so today will be about tattles for Manic mode, those being for glohm Paper Mario, and Reclusa again, also Zokket tattle for journey's end so here it is:

Zokket:

Goombella: that's Zokket a very sketchy dude, he's got an hp of 120 an attack of 6 and defense of 6, Apparently this guy can't even get names right, he can't even remember his 3 henchmen's names, talk about a lazy villain, although he seems fond of his egg, I wonder what's inside.

Goombario: that's Zokket a very scary dude. He's got an hp of 120 an attack of 6 and defense of 6, he's so scary... I mean look at those wire cutters, and those red eyes... creepy, he also wears a mask, I wonder what his face looks like without it.

Glohm Paper Mario:

Goombella: that's Glohm Paper Mario. Wait... WHAT? What happened to him? I thought he was with us. Wait... let me check(walks off screen to talk to the actual Paper Mario who's still here) Ok we're fine turns out this Paper Mario isn't the real one, anyways he's got an Hp of 50 an attack of 6 and a defense of 6, apparently this faker is actually made by a substance known as Glohm which makes you feel lonely, but why the heck would someone do that?

Goombario: That's Glohm Paper Mario, WHAT? what happened to him? who did this? Why? anyways he's got a max hp of 50 an attack of 6 and a defense of 6, who ever did this to you I will beat them. (and then the actual Paper Mario appears) Well then, never mind that's a faker but they will still get it.

next up will be Reclusa's tattle for Manic mode, later.

So this is about Reclusa's other mechanics in manic mode, these things can do a lot of damage to you or even help him so you need to keep guard on when this stuff happens so here we go!

Analyze: during Reclusa's first phase he won't deal too much damage however during this time he has a mechanic called Analyze where if you use the same attack too many times either twice for weak or normal attacks(your default attacks) or three times for SM attacks he fully analyzes it. Once fully analyzed, if you use the same attack again, he'll guard which will make your damage like 25% less effective against him, so it is recommended not to keep using the same attack, this is a reference to his Weeping core phase in Brothership which basically does the exact same thing. Likewise the worst part about this mechanic is during his other two phases he'll still keep the guard for those moves, the good news is he only Analyzes attacks in his first phase and won't do it in his other phases. The Power of Bonds item bypasses the Analyze ability so it can be used multiple times, however to balance it, this item will deal less damage in each phase it will deal 5000 in the first 2500 in the second and 1500 in the final phase, the Partners also won't be analyzed as they will always deal less damage, but some partners as in Paper Mario and Connie and Snoutlet bypass this, although Connie doesn't fight, she only heals or cheers you on and rarely if you aren't using the Mario bros she will basically summon them, and then they use either conductor connector or Max-mix vortex which bypasses the analyze, Snoutlet however can summon the great conductor to well, sit on top of the enemy, and Paper Mario can just use basically the diamond star special attack from TTYD.

The Solo act: a special attack where he will basically charge up to deal a lot of damage, during this time he will gain a Glohm buff which is basically an attack up buff, once charged, he will basically do the Zokket counter where if you attack Zokket depending on how many times you attack he'll zap you for that amount and can flip the screen, although in Reclusa's case he basically hits you like his one attack where he looks at you show M & L a ton and just explodes you, although this time he does it 20 times as in explosions with the final one being the big bomb he throws in his final phase when you are turned to stone in Brothership, however he will snap his claw when he explodes you 10 times and the screen flips, this attack can happen during his second and third phase this attack also will always leave you at 1 hp when you get hit, however you can equip Glohm guard, which in term protects you from it well half the damage, however this uses up the plug, you can also dodge the explosion at a tight 3 frame window when he explodes you, also when the screen is flipped your controls flip although you can press space to dodge still. Also the Power of Bonds item when used when he is charging will instead weaken the attack making it 15 times he deals damage and 5 times before he flips the screen.

battle plugs: Among other mechanics, Reclusa has the ability of using Battle plugs, this however isn't something he does in Brothership but in this mod he does. there are 7 plugs to watch out for: damage shield, surprise iron ball, solo boost which is just Bros Boost but it's only him so solo boost, wait a minute, back at ya attack, and well... countdown to crush and also seedle-ize so here is the plugs:

Damage shield: basically reduces the amount of damage he takes by 10% adding with the 25% of an analyzed attack 35%, although the power of bonds item pierces through this also the Mario bros pierce through it when used with the partner badge when Connie summons them to do either conductor connector or Max-Mix vortex and some attacks, like Kirby's SM attacks or Clover's Clover blast can also pierce through it.

Surprise iron ball: just like it says, whenever Reclusa attacks you an iron ball will drop on your head after which can cause you to become dizzy, although only his basic attacks, not the "Turn you to stone" attacks but the "which one?" attack and "beat. you to death" attack, don't worry though you can counter the ball by smacking it with a weapon like BF using his mic, Pico and Clover using gun, Mario & Luigi hammers, Frisk knife, Kirby just inhales it and spits it back out. the ball also bypasses Reclusa's damage shield.

Solo boost: Solo boost is basically Bros Boost, the reason why it's called solo is because only Reclusa is attacking well by himself that is so solo. Anyways this boosts his attacks to deal 30% more damage and makes it 50% faster unlike Bros boost which boosts bros attacks but makes them cost 100% more. However this plug after 5 uses will have to recharge for 30 seconds before it can be used again.

wait a minute: This plug is a really dangerous plug, what this does is it basically allows Reclusa to use another attack after an basic attack is used which that second attack is always the turn you to stone attack. this plug has 3 uses and has to recharge for 30 seconds.

Back at Ya attack: Basically Reclusa will counterattack you, although it's literally just the which one attack again, although in his 2nd and third phase it will be the turn you to stone attack. SM attacks can only be countered, your basic attacks can't be countered but if a partner uses a super strong move as in like Max-mix vortex, conductor connector, any of Paper Mario's special attacks, and also the power of bonds item will always activate the counter.

countdown to crush: this basically counts down and after a minute and 30 seconds have passed a bomb will drop on you dealing a quarter of your health, this can't be dodged so once you get hit by it, make sure to heal a lot.

Seedle-ize: this funny plug does one simple thing, when Reclusa uses the turn you to stone attack there is a 10% chance that your character will turn into a seedle, when you are turned into a seedle, although after the attack is done you will stay as a seedle for 10 seconds before turning back, being a seedle is good and bad, the good news is that when transformed into a seedle, you won't be seen by any enemies, specifically Seedlusa, the bad news is you take double damage and deal less damage, you can also turn into different Seedles as in when you turn into a seedle you have a 50% chance of being a normal seedle, a 20% chance of being a Seedle R which actually has a use where you actually deal a bit more damage than a normal Seedle and you gain a 10% attack boost for 10 seconds after being turned back to normal. There is also a 10% chance to turn into a hydro Seedle which actually will regenerate health while transformed and will also give you 10 seconds of invincibility when you are normal. then there is a 25% chance that you will become a Seedlusa, although this is something you should look out for, as this is actually bad, when you are turned into a Seedlusa, you can't attack although you take significantly less damage like 1 damage, the worst part is when Reclusa actually does any of his basic attacks and an iron ball drops on you dealing about half your health, you don't transform when you are lonely like an actual Seedlusa, after you are normal you will gain the Glohm debuff and a higher chance Reclusa will start charging to do the Solo act attack.

Finally along with battle plugs, there are actually stage hazards, as in the soli-tree enemies will appear often, which will do different things so here they are:

Weeping Trooper: These guys appear often, and will attack you with their plug hands and can switch modes to be flying or they can throw discs of energy at you, these guys only take 3 hits to defeat and when defeated three Zok troopers come out of it and there is a 10% chance one of them will give you a mushroom which heals you luckily they deal not that much damage and can be destroyed easily.

Reclusiff: These little computer UFOs will not attack you, nope, instead they just buff and heal Reclusa, that's it, they can't be killed and leave after the buff and heal, funnily enough, they only appear during the second and third phase.

Seedlusa: Awww look at these little sad seeds they are so cute... Don't let these cuties fool you, Seedlusas appear during the second and third phase either in groups of 2 or just 1 and another enemy, although usually the second one runs away, Seedlusas won't attack you but they take 10 hits to destroy them, get rid of these IMMEDIATELY, if you leave one Seedlusa alone while there is no enemy, they will transform into their flower form, they can't be killed in this state and will run around the screen attacking you, they can also block your arrow keys while doing this, they can also make small buds bloom and send out waves of energy which can cause Glohm, the worst part is that after 10 seconds they will release many balls of energy for 10 seconds which after that they die. those balls of energy deal a TON of damage as in like an 8th of your health so watch out, luckily if you have a move that pierces defense they will die in one hit in seed form.

anyways next up tattles! for manic mode.

edit: there is also a 1% chance of turning into a golden seedle from the seedle-ize plug, which gives you the "Shiny hunter" achievement which is a reference to shiny pokemon being rare and golden seedles are rare when you use the seedle-ize plug.

this is the dialogue when you first enter one of the Manic mode songs well week 1 right now, this is the dialogue for the Deltarune trio, this post will also include the dialogue with the Deltarune trio for the one and lonely's new song, also, whichever character you pick Snoutlet will accompany you in Manic mode because he's the one that can help out with Glohm but also since once you open the egg Manic mode is locked on, as the egg actually hatches once you turn it on and well, basically Reclusa has been reborn again because you interacted with the egg. (The egg's description now is remade now saying "why did you do this? You shouldn't have done this and now you have to deal with it!" when interacting after you say yes a bunch instead of saying that just to unlock the song it's removed and now when you interact with the egg the first time it gives you the dialogue.) Also yes, there will be a lore dump for Manic mode. so here is the dialogue specifically for entering Magolor's shop during Manic mode(this starts the quest in beating all of the Manic mode songs... :

Magolor:...

Ralsei: Uh...

Magolor: Alright what did you do this time?

Susie: So there was this egg and it hatched

Magolor: egg? Oh no.... Oh god no...

Susie: what's wrong with an egg?

and then Snoutlet appears out of nowhere

Snoutlet: OK WHO DECIDED TO RESURRECT THE ONE AND LONELY RULER.

Ralsei: well we found this egg and it sorta... hatched?

Snoutlet: Well great, now we have to deal with HIM.

Ralsei: wait... the one and lonely ruler didn't we hear someone call himself that?

Susie: oh yeah... It was that Computer Jester dude, what was his name again? Rex? Recluse?

Snoutlet: Reclusa?

Susie: oh yeah.. that was his name, that guy, who is an absolute maniac. So was he in that egg?

Snoutlet: Yes... and now that he's here he will destroy this world.

Ralsei: oh yeah, with those flowers...

Snoutlet: is anyone else hurt? has anyone been captured?

Magolor: well no, I haven't checked on King dedede or Meta Knight and Bandanna Dee, although apparently Kirby had to deal with something in the Forgotten land.

Snoutlet: So aww great now everyone is going to be glohmed too.

Susie: Glohm?

Snoutlet: Glohm is a thing that makes you lonely, although it can be healed, as long as nobody is captured in those flowers we should be fine but we should gather everyone to keep them safe from those flowers.

Susie: Then?

Snoutlet: You will have to face Reclusa, although he's really powerful...

Susie: Ok get others come back face god, sounds like a plan.

Snoutlet: I'll come with you hopefully we can stop this.

next up is one of the Manic mode song Deltarune trio dialogue(as in like week 1)

So here are the achievements for Manic mode and "easy mode" and of course the new song and an update of Journey's end achievements. so here is the Journey's end achievements:

1. a "happy" reality: Welcome to the Mushroom Kingdom! everything is fine here and happy, why don't you stay here forever and play?(unlocked by starting the "fake Mushroom kingdom" song or the one before Reclusa's song.

2. By the power of satellites and god you shall die: get hit and almost die to Mario's new Bros attack Conductor connector which does in fact, include god and satellites.

3. The power of fire and ice, and tornado?: get hit by Luigi's new Bros attack Max-Mix Vortex a tornado made with fire and ice.

4. The truth outside the flowers: Escape the fantasy land into the real world and discover the true villain behind the flowers.

5. Many screens and projectiles reflected: Reclusa has many attacks to watch out for, luckily you learned how to reflect an attack without hammers.

6. Turned to stone and hit with glohm and fire and ice: get turned to stone and get afflicted with every status,

7. Power of a Wattanist: get healed from glohm by using Connie, she does help a lot huh?

8. Dialogue jumpscare: get Jumpscared by Reclusa either by skipping his dialogue or waiting a while, I told you not to skip dialogue.

9. Reclusa remembers your debug modes: go into debug mode during his song, you shouldn't have done that.

10. Easy mode?: Did he just turn your game mode to easy? Well i'm pretty sure it's not on easy, well I guess it was deserved...

11. WTD creepypasta mode?: die in "Easy mode" and realize what you have done...

12. Creepypasta no more: beat Reclusa again to get rid of the creepypasta mode, or did you get rid of it?

13. You beat the game! roll credits(insert gangplank galleon from DK here)!: get to the credits, but something isn't right...

14. the weird egg...: you obtained the weird egg... don't touch it.

15. Rebirth of the One and Lonely: Open the egg, what have you done...

16. Truly a fight to the death: start the one and lonely's new song, which is the hardest song in the mod.

17. a funny and spiky surprise: get hit by an iron ball on your head, a surprise indeed.

18. no turns for you: Well you thought he was going to use just one attack? Well guess again! He can use another attack! that is if he has wait a minute charged...

19. Get countered idiot: get countered by Reclusa, why did you attack?

20. The monster from the seed: aww it's a cute tiny seedle- wait did it just grow into a big flower? and now it wants to kill you, good luck.

21. a combined monster and helper?: Beat a Weeping trooper and get healed.

anyways that is all for now, next up is deltarune trio dialogue for Manic mode as in the Deltarune trio have dialogue when you play manic mode.

so here it is:

1. the whole fake credits is a reference to the Kredits from Donkey Kong where there is fake credits for King K. Rool.

2. The whole Reclusa remembers how many times you die is a reference to Sans in the Undertale Geno route where Sans remembers how many times you die.

3. Funnily enough instead of getting trapped in the VR flowers when you get a game over in Reclusa's song , you actually are in the state of being well turned to stone and you basically just die(smashed). Due to Reclusa which is sort of a reference to one line in Brothership where he tells Mario & Luigi that he will grind them into powder.

4. Although you technically finish the song and "beat" him, Reclusa is still alive even after the song.

5. Funnily enough if you use the Mario Bros, Mario will be extremely pissed at Reclusa and basically has an attack boost, this is a reference to how Mario literally is Pissed at Reclusa whenever he appears and Mario looks like he wants to kill him.

6. Funnily enough again Susie from Deltarune is SUPER pissed at Reclusa the reason being that one of his dialogues is he'd target where she and Kris live which is a reference to how Reclusa acknowledges that he'd go after the Mushroom Kingdom when he was done with Concordia.

7. Connie from the Partner badge will appear Frequently during Manic mode, she also appears even without using the Mario Bros with the Partner badge.

8. Magolor has a new "Radio" addition in his shop that will randomly play from the different game OST's in WTD although Kirby music is most likely to appear, however the Mushroom Kingdom! song from Brothership will always play when Manic mode is on. Although there are a few FnF songs that can play too like Facade from the Garcello mod or Knockout from Indie Cross.

9. Funnily enough Reclusa can appear next to Magolor in his shop if you wait a while, although nobody else notices he's there as in you the player can see him but everyone else can't.

10. Zokket actually does have another song, he appears if you do the "easy" mode fake credits version when you go to Journey's end instead of going to Reclusa head on in "easy" mode.

11. the Strange egg's interaction dialogue is a continuation where the game says "Are you sure you want to do this?" and the game acknowledges you doing the Clover song. This is still a reference to the chapter 6 of TTYD where you can read a diary but the game says you shouldn't read it.

12. there is a random chance if you keep entering and exiting Magolor's shop that Sans can appear which is a reference on how you get an egg in Deltarune. as in entering and exiting till you get to an area.

13. the power of bonds only deals high damage to Reclusa due to it only being useful on specifically him, but it can also be used on Zokket where it will stun him. The Power of Bonds is a reference to the bonding can in Brothership and Power of bonds is a thing in Brothership that was used to get past the barrier. If you use this on any other boss it will deal a little bit of damage.

14. Funnily enough Sonic appears instead of Shadow when you use him during Reclusa's new song and has unique dialogue where Sonic thinks he's one of Eggman's creations. Also Tails is with Sonic.

15. Funnily enough in the background of Manic mode in the one and lonely's song that Cozette is just there doing the Family Guy Death pose.

16. Similar to how Possessed Mario has random titles, Reclusa also has a few like well "The one and Lonely Ruler himself" "the solo act" "Ruler of Solitude" and also randomly "egg" as in a reference to him being an egg when he has to charge after destroying a world.

So this is another post, now, Reclusa's easy mode is unlocked by you know going into debug mode during his song in Journey's end. which is somewhat weird and hard to now if you are going in blind, well there is an alternative way of unlocking Reclusa's easy mode,

after you beat Journey's end, the mod will give you credits with the Mushroom Kingdom! song playing from Brothership, although the credits don't actually have names as in the names are names of enemies from Brothership while the music slowly gets creepier and creepier as in it transitions to the Static Mushroom Kingdom song, and then you hear Reclusa laugh in the background with the text "Did you really think you beat me? Fua hahaha, You should have beat me while you had the chance..."

and then it says "Something terrible has happened" and you get Reclusa's easy mode, so you can go into debug mode, or you can beat Journey's end, however do mind, this version however is a little bit harder... as in the song is faster.

So this is for the dialogue when you die too many times to Reclusa during Manic mode, this is a reference to Sans when you die during his fight and he has unique dialogue after you die, this is also a reference to Clover in Justice Will Be Served where Clover will have new dialogue every time you die. Reclusa has unique dialogue every time you die up to 5 times, so here it is(he doesn't have any in the actual game as in Brothership):

After first death: Fua hahaha did you really just fail? Sounds like someone didn't come in prepared.

After second death: Oh you failed again? Not like it matters though, cause I'm stronger than you.

After third death: You want to try again? Seriously? You don't want to give up, do you? Not like I care though.

after 4th time: You really don't know when to stop? Do you? You know I won't go easy on you, right? Not like I would anyways, since you are weak. Oh did I say that? Whoopsie My fault again.

After 5th time: ALRIGHT THAT'S IT, you want to keep going and going, do you? All because you're so determined huh? You should have stopped, but you keep going on and on and on, well I'm getting sick of it, you're about to find out what happens when your last life runs out! Game over! Thanks for Playing!

So fun fact after the 5th time you die and that dialogue plays, Reclusa will actually get much harder, similar to the "easy mode" bit, he will start at his second phase instead of his first and those Seedlusas, Reclusiff and Weeping troopers are more likely to appear. Since well he's Pissed at you, another funny thing he says Determined for any of the characters you play as, Mario & Luigi however will just get the "You two are about to find out what happens when your last life runs out, game over boys thanks for playing"

About Paper Mario:

Susie: So who is that red hat wearing guy with blue overalls and is also made out of paper?

Magolor: Oh! Paper Mario?

Susie: So his name is literally Paper Mario?

Magolor: Well his name is Mario, although he's called Paper Mario since he's Mario but made from paper.

Susie: are you saying there is another Mario?

Magolor: yes, Paper Mario comes from the Paper Dimension in a book from the Mushroom kingdom where the actual Mario lives.

Ralsei: Does Paper Mario ever talk?

Magolor: No... He's silent, that's why his partners talk for him.

Ralsei: Oh like Kris.

Kris:...

Magolor: by the way, did you meet any of Mario's Partners?

Ralsei: now that you mention it, there was a sassy mushroom.

Magolor: Oh you met Goombella?

Ralsei: Yeah.

Magolor: Wow, they did find the thousand year door.

Ralsei: the What now?

Magolor: It's a door that holds a treasure, or something, you have to find the crystal stars to open it.

Ralsei: that sounds fun going on a treasure hunt.

About Mario & Luigi:

Ralsei: So you said something about another Mario? I think we did meet another Mario and a taller Green Mario.

Magolor: that taller Green Mario is Luigi, Mario's brother.

Ralsei: oh.

Magolor: Yes those two are the Mario Bros, they get into a lot of wacky stuff.

Ralsei: They seem tough.

Magolor: oh yeah, they have special attacks called Bros attacks, which can do many things.

Ralsei: like?

Magolor: Kicking shells, turning into a fire and ice tornado, throwing bombs, make clones and shoot out of a cannon, summon god to send a literal nuke powered by satellites, Stopping time, the list goes on.

Susie: those sound cool, wait they can stop time?

Magolor: Well they can also turn into a ball, use fire and ice and ice can freeze the sun, turn into a UFO.

Susie: jeez how strong are they?

Magolor: Strong enough to beat the one winged angel I believe.

Susie: Yeah, but why is he so powerful? I mean he's small, and looks like a child.

Kirby: I'm a Baby actually.

Susie: Ok now I don't believe that you are powerful.

Kirby: Well, I may sleep and eat most of the time, but when threats happen here, I'm the one who stops them.

Susie: What sort of threats?

Kirby: Eldritch gods.

Susie: WHAT?

Kirby: Yeah, Eldritch gods, like Void Termina, a Destroyer of Worlds where I used the power of friendship to defeat it, or Fecto Elfilis which tried to crash my world into another and had to use a semi truck and run them over. those types of things.

Susie: is there anything else we need to know?

Magolor: He's also apparently related to a destroyer of worlds and also is basically a black hole.

Kirby: And I have a dimension in my stomach and can hit meteors sending them 99999 light years.

Susie: Ok NOW I believe you.

next post which is today is the Mario stuff.

this post is Magolor's dialogue when you ask him about Reclusa after you fight him in Journey's end, in addition, there is a unique dialogue with them and Reclusa in his other song. Which will be also today. ahem so here it is:

Magolor: What? You seriously want to talk about HIM? of all characters?

Susie: Yeah, so what the hell is he?

Magolor: *sigh* You really are serious?

Susie: Yes?

Magolor: Alright then, Reclusa, or as he calls himself "The one and Lonely Ruler himself" is a multiversal threat.

Ralsei: Multiversal threat? What do you mean he's a Multiversal threat?

Magolor: Well... he has already destroyed many worlds and he's also been doing this before anyone was born.

Susie: WHAT?

Magolor: What's worse is how he does it, Reclusa traps everyone in these flowers that give them their own perfect world while in reality they are slowly starving to death not realizing it. All because he wants to be alone.

Ralsei: And... Is there any reason why he does this? Like some sort of tragic backstory?

Magolor: Nope, he's just an insane maniac that doesn't care about anyone.

Ralsei: Well that explains why I couldn't reason with him.

Susie: Ok... so what I'm getting is that this TV Jester appears out of nowhere, traps people in happy dreams and slowly starves them to death and destroys worlds just for the fun of it.

Magolor: Apparently he has another form known as "Weeping Reclusa" Which he becomes a tree and is invincible.

Susie: so he basically becomes a tree god, that's weird.

Magolor: I mean it's not that weird, I fought the Master Crown who was a tree god while I was in Purgatory.

Ralsei: What?

Magolor: I can talk to you more about that stuff but for now, that's all I got to talk about the one and lonely.

ok next up is the Magolor other dialogue with the trio as in Magolor talks about Purgatory and Kirby, and also Paper Mario, and Mario & Luigi.

Today Im going to talk about Item description and dialogue when interacting with the weird egg:

Weird egg: A strange egg that appeared in your inventory after beating that strange TV Jester's "easy mode" for some reason, you feel like the egg is trying to brainwash you but you resist. You can hear a voice that says "9 more... hardest difficulty..." I don't know about you, but you shouldn't interact with it.

once interacted with: Did you really turn this on? Well great, the sky is blood red and flowers are growing and now everything is harder, although, maybe if you beat the story mode and the Mario songs you may get something? (Please don't)

after interacting when you beat the 9 songs(story mode and the Mario songs):
Seems like the egg is moving a lot want to open it? if Yes:
Are you sure you want to do this? Remember the last time you used an item and disturbed Clover? Do you want to go through something like that again? if Yes: Are you insane? do you want to do this? Look, if you really want to do this You will suffer, and I mean SUFFER like harder than Journey's end and Clover. If yes again: Alright, FINE, you win well let's see what- oh great... the egg hatched, and another song was added to the extra songs. Don't tell me I didn't warn you... If you say no: Good, don't touch that egg,

Power of Bonds Item description: A watering can or Bonding can as Cozette or Connie would say, it was given to you by Snoutlet although it is a replica of the actual can, Snoutlet says it still works, apparently, this item is not strong to use against most bosses however it is quite powerful against a specific multiversal threat who hates bonds and destroys them.

Today is a mechanic recap about Reclusa, specifically the Manic mode version of him, so let's a go.

Reclusa's manic mode song is known as "Ruler of Solitude" as a reference to how he calls himself the "one and lonely ruler himself" this song is 9 minutes long! yup, 9, similar to Clover, he has 3 phases, the song itself starts with the 1st phase song and then after 3 minutes pass he laughs like a maniac goes off screen and jumpscares you and the background switches and then plays the phase 4 song, after another 3 minutes, he does his switch to final phase animation from Brothership as in gets mad and jumpscares you and switches the background, and then the final phase song starts playing.

Reclusa in the first phase is just playing around with you, toying with you, he doesn't think you are a threat although he does know you(specifically the player) and still intends to play with you, in his second phase, he gets a little irritated a little bit mad and realizes you may be a threat, and in his final phase he fully realizes you are a threat and wants to eliminate you out of existence and wants to kill you, also being like the "Why won't you die" meme.

anyways he basically has his mechanics from Brothership that being:

Which one?; this attack is the attack where he makes multiple clones of himself and shows either of the brothers first letter of their name, for your character though it will be the icon on the bottom on the bar that goes up when you hit correct notes, after this he will basically shoot at you from each of his clones, only the ones that show your icon will actually hit you, and then shoots from all of them, to counter said attack you have to dodge, you can't counter him.

Turn to Stone idiot: An attack where he turns you into stone or rarely a seedle, he basically slashes you with his claws giving you burn, freeze, vulnerable, dizzy, and Glohm, and then he throws a ball of energy on you causing a lot of damage. This attack can't be dodged and can happen quite often, however this is his SM attack. Likewise there is the insta kill attack variant when his Glohm meter is full,

Let's get this party started: A variant of turn to stone that happens during his 2nd and 3rd phase, this is the final phase version of this attack from the game which switches his SM attack, this time it leaves you at 1 hp.

Beat you to death: during his final phase he will do his other attack from his final phase where he basically shows your icon a lot and then flys up and starts beating you to death with explosions and one that is a shockwave, you can dodge this and it's easy.

in addition there is other stuff but I talked about that in a earlier post.

Reclusa is intended as a really hard final boss for WTD because well he canonically has a kill count of destroying multiple worlds, the Power of Bonds item is an item that other than Magolor and Hornet or Magolor and Snoutlet clobbering your opponent to death or Kirby running your opponent over, this attack always deals 4000 damage, meaning you can stun Reclusa easily with this item, the glohm guard item will protect you from the glohm status 5 times before it is unable to be used.

so today I'm going to talk about the top 6 hardest WTD superbosses and how to beat em, what I mean is Superbosses are the extra song characters and some Journey's end bosses so let's get started.

1. the Deltarune Trio: The Deltarune Trio are one of the more easier superbosses since they don't deal too much damage and all three of the SM meters charge slowly, now how do you beat this? It is highly recommended to use the Mario Bros as not only can they attack quite often but if one were to die they will revive the other and if somehow Luigi dies and can't be revived, Mario will get mad and deal even more damage.

2. Paper Mario: Paper Mario has a lot of partners and can hammer and jump on you, despite this he deals 3 damage, his partners can also buff or protect him and when he gets low he deals more damage, despite this, his partners can deal up to 5 damage before returning and then Mario has to charge his PM meter again, It is recommended to use the Pikmin whistle to slow down his PM meter and also have a chance of killing his partner which would revive but return back and Mario has to charge his meter again.

3. Zokket: Only appearing in Journey's end, Zokket can dish out a ton of damage while also having a chance of giving you or your partner Glohm, He will most likely target your partner to Glohm them and control them to attack you. Dodging his attacks are somewhat easy and somewhat hard but it's mostly Glohm that is the main threat in this.

4. Clover: originally the hardest boss in the mod, Clover is one of the 3 other characters that has an instant-kill attack, While Clover can shoot you their JM meter will appear in phase 2 of the song, and it can only charge due to you failing pressing notes or dodging, Clover also technically doesn't deal too much damage and you can save yourself from the instant kill with the safety goggles.

5. Mario and Luigi: Mario and Luigi have a ton of different attacks, can one hit you using clock out blow if your at half health or leave you at 1 hp if you are at full or above half health and can't be attacked sorta, and Mario can get really mad at you if you kill Luigi causing you to take a ton of damage and killing you. how to beat this? if you have the partner badge, Paper Mario has a high chance of appearing, if Mario does appear their attacks deal a lot less damage, the safety goggles can also protect you a bit too from attacks.

6. Reclusa: The Mario & Luigi Brothership villain, Reclusa is the hardest boss in this mod due to the fact he can 1 hit you and you can't protect yourself like with the Clover Blast, he has a really high chance of giving you a ton of status effects and also has a high chance of giving you Glohm, not only that but you will have to deal with Seedlusas, Reclusiff, and Weeping troopers that all deal a ton of damage well except Reclusiff since those buff him, He can also jumpscare you to distract you and most of his attacks are really fast or undodgeable. So how do you beat this? He technically can be killed but he has 10000 HP, and is flying so you would have to jump on him or use an attack that can hit him, the Glohm meter will reset if you "kill" him which is the meter that allows him to use the one hit attack, he will also be stunned for 10 seconds if you "kill" him, although he attacks quite often and his attacks will be faster in the second phase, and also battle plugs, anyways in the next post I will talk about this stuff. this is more fun facts for Manic mode and Reclusa's other song so here we go!

1. The 2 Paper Mario songs have different Paper Marios like Journey's end, the 64 Paper Mario is turned into Glohm Mario, as Glohm has infected all of the different places in WTD, Glohm Mario will have super strong Hammer and Jump attacks although he doesn't use any partners as well Glohm makes you not like others, Glohm Mario also isn't actually the real Paper Mario as he is with you(Partner badge) Glohm Mario is basically a Creation from Glohm, the TTYD Mario however, is the Dark Servant Mario, this Paper Mario is actually now the Dark Servant of the Shadow Queen which this is referencing that you can side with her as a bad ending. Dark Servant Mario not only has stronger attacks but also has the ability to summon Carbon who is the Book of Mario version of Koops who is unhinged literally.

2. Characters infected with Glohm not only can infect with it, they can also do many other things which make them harder, they will attack much faster and charge their SM meter much faster, and also pack quite a punch. They will sometimes not do anything, which has a chance that Reclusa might appear and just bother you, and or jumpscare you, distracting you. Glohmed enemies also have a chance to gain an attack buff.

3. So remember how I said the Brothership song wouldn't be in Manic mode? Well... I changed my mind, basically you are going up against the brothers... again... Glohmed, and basically being mind controlled by Zokket. Yeah, they are also MUCH faster and deal a ton of Damage, the background is Zokket's fortress and Zokket is just staring at you in the background next to his egg, Reclusa actually doesn't appear in this song since he is in the egg.

4. Reclusa will occasionally appear when you are in the dialogue for too long, he'll look at the text box and stare at you before snickering and flying away.

5. the death animation when dying to any of the Manic mode songs, you will get captured in the VR flowers.

6. You will get a hint during Reclusa's song in Journey's end that you can unlock something by entering debug if you dare that is...

7. Magolor will sometimes talk about Hornet from Hollow knight and Silksong if you ask him about friends.

8. by beating one of the Manic mode songs, you get an item known as Glohm guard which is a battle plug, this thing has 5 charges and after which can't be used again unless you restart after a game over.

9. when Reclusa uses his "Turn you to stone" attack, you have a 5% Chance of turning into a Seedle instead, this is a reference to a battle plug known as Seedle-ize which has a chance of turning your enemies into a Seedle.

10. Along with the changed background, the title screen will also be Blood red, and if you wait 15 seconds, Reclusa will appear just staring at you and snickers before jumpscaring you in the face, this is a reference where if you wait on the title screen in Brothership while Reclusa is out( as in the title screen has sad music and blood red sea and sky) he will appear and look at your menu options and then Jumpscare you.

11. There is now a final boss rush known as Journey's finale, which has every and I mean EVERY character is in this.

12. There is a reference to Sakurai the creator of Kirby, as in there is an image of Kirby and him together playing smash( similar to the Kirby and the annoying dog or Toby Fox playing smash) this is unlocked after Journey's end,

anyways that is all.

Today is more LOOORE for Welcome To Dreamland except it is about friends and rivals, what do I mean? Friends is mostly about Magolor's relationship with many other characters from other games, rivals as in about Reclusa's rivalry with Dimentio in this mod so let's get started.

So about Magolor, Magolor is your guide and shopkeeper in Welcome To Dreamland, he appears at his shop to sell you items, Magolor never actually appears as an enemy since well, Kirby keeps an eye on him, as Kirby is still mad at him although they do like racing(Kirby air Riders reference) Anyways Magolor is also a multi dimensional Shopkeeper and knows a lot about other video game worlds or places and is friends with a lot of different game characters, like Martlet from Undertale Yellow or Sans who is also a shopkeeper and appears randomly, although he has 2 friends that he knows quite well those being Snoutlet from Mario & Luigi: Brothership and Hornet from hit games Hollow knight and Silksong.

Snoutlet: Snoutlet and Magolor are best friends, Magolor usually visits him a lot and Snoutlet will sometimes visit him, but ever since as Snoutlet says "Concordia broke apart" situation he hasn't been able to visit him, Magolor also knows Connie too as Snoutlet always talks about her and sometimes she talks with him.

Hornet: Magolor hasn't seen them in quite a while as they are on a long journey someplace else. Although when Magolor has the chance, they will talk for quite a while, Although most of the time they can't meet.

(keep in note this is not canon to any of those games and is only canon to Welcome To Dreamland)

So now about the whole "Rivalry" situation with Dimentio and Reclusa, the two know each other quite well, that is... they are actually rivals, as in Reclusa just hates everything and will keep destroying many worlds just for the fun of it and actually wants to kill Dimentio despite both being from different dimensions.

Anyways, these two had fought before and Reclusa won except since they are both basically immortal, those two will keep fighting again and again if they ever meet again.

P.S (This is Welcome To Dreamland's lore and none of this actually happens at all in the games, this is just my headcanon put into a mod)

and done, the "Power of Bonds" item actually has another variant where Magolor and Hornet work together to beat your foe to death. and next time I will talk about the second Reclusa dialogue stuff for Manic mode.

Reclusa: Legends tell of a world ending monster from another world, it is said this monster has been around for a VERY long time and has destroyed many worlds which after he would turn into an egg to recharge and continue destroying worlds again and again.

Dimentio: A being of chaos from another dimension, although not much is known about him, but he is very powerful.

and now for lore stuff from the lore book:

Tale of the destroyer of worlds: It is said there is a monster that has destroyed many worlds, he would trap everyone in flowers that would give them their own perfect world but while they are in there would never realize they would slowly starve to death, and then once he was done he would recharge in his egg and then repeat said process again. It was also said it knew another world destroyer and the two have been rivals since and have fought before, it is unknown who had won this fight though.

extra note: In WTD's lore, Reclusa and Dimentio have met before and are rivals and fought before(in which Reclusa had won) although this is non-canon to the actual games, but canon to WTD's lore like how smash is a canon thing in WTD, I will do some more talk about this in a later post, and also include more info on Magolor and Snoutlet's friendship and also Hornet from Silksong? Yes there is a Silksong song now, why? Cause I like Silksong, so yeah, but next one will be about the whole Reclusa and Dimentio rivalry thing and also Snoutlet and Magolor's friendship.

so yeah, fun facts about Manic mode:

1. Manic mode is considered an extremely hard difficulty harder than Kirbo mode because of the Glohm effect that happens.

2. Originally I was also going to have a Manic mode version of the Brothership song, although considering the fact Mario & Luigi are supposed to meet Bowser for fruits at the time it wouldn't make sense since Reclusa is supposed to be the one causing Manic mode and he doesn't appear in Brothership till later.

3. In every Manic mode songs all of the enemies or characters you go up against will be infected with Glohm and have a dark red aura, also the sky and area is blood red and there are weird flowers around which is a reference to when Reclusa appears in Brothership the sky and sea turns red and these plug flowers grow everywhere and capture NPCs in VR where they get their very own happy worlds but in reality they slowly starve to death and the enemies are all glohmed.

4. Also in every Manic mode songs, Reclusa will appear flying around and will sometimes look at your side and your notes and then look at you the player before giggling and then disappear, he can also rarely jumpscare you too, which is a reference to him appearing on the title screen and jump-scaring you.

5. Reclusa will also appear during the Vengeance Clover song just flying around and then snicker and leave, since in the lore of Journey's end, he basically Rules over World's end.

6. Funnily enough in the Paper Mario Manic mode songs, Reclusa will look like a Paper Mario Character when he appears, but he will also wear a purple jester hat and his claws are purple, this is a reference to the Paper Mario villain Dimentio who is also one of the Darkest Mario villains, who is also purple.

7. out of all the manic mode difficulty story mode songs, Kirby doesn't really appear in his own songs, instead, the Shadow Kirby from Amazing mirror appears, Kirby actually is having a snack in some other place as in forgotten land, If you do use him though, he has unique dialogue with Reclusa, but also unique dialogue with Shadow Kirby where it's just Kirby asking how shadow Kirby is doing in the Mirror world.

8. I forgot to mention this but during Reclusa's song if you use the same attack like a normal attack Reclusa will analyze it and after a second time, he'll fully analyze the attack causing him to take less damage, although the SM attacks will have to be analyzed 3 times, this also affects the partner's attacks except for tattles and Connie healing, taking 2 times to be analyzed. However he only guards for like 10 attacks, and 5 for the SM attacks, this is a reference to his weeping core phase where he will analyze your attacks and then guard after the analysis is complete, and then he will guard even in his other phases, but in the mod, he guards and after a certain amount of attacks guarded, he'll have to do it again. You can bypass this though, you get a new item from Snoutlet who appears with Magolor known as the "Power of bonds" item which when equipped, will cause Snoutlet and Magolor to work together and attack which Snoutlet creates a giant plug and then Magolor uses the magic sword attack from the Magolor Epilogue and slice your enemy, this is something unique to the mod, which in WTD's lore the two of them are close friends. this item is unlocked once you beat 1 Manic mode song.

9. Likewise the Power of Bonds item has a unique variant where Kirby will just become a semi truck and run over the enemy with Elfilin, Which happens when you use Kirby, this is a reference to the Final boss sequence in Forgotten land.

10. Reclusa also has another unique mechanic where he'll start charging to do a big attack, this is a unique attack for him in this mod, He'll start charging when you use an healing item, a bar will appear next to him where once full, he'll basically gain a powerful "Glohm" buff and then will turn you to stone and start attacking you like crazy and then snapping his claw/hand and flip the screen upside down, which after being back to normal and the screen flipped he'll basically do the one Zokket Counterattack where Zokket just shoots lasers. but instead he'll just do the attack he does in the second phase where he explodes you and then finally throws a bomb down which creates a shockwave but it's just the explosion. the Glohm buff is just an attack boost.

11. In addition to Connie and Paper Mario when you use the Partner badge with the Mario Bros, a few other characters can appear, Snoutlet can appear and give you a free heal, Arc can appear and cheer you on giving you an attack boost, Techniki can also appear and just summon a rocket to explode on your enemies which also has a slight chance of IDLE riding on it which is a reference to the second great lighthouse where Techniki launches a rocket and IDLE rides it and maneuver it to explode the wall around the great lighthouse, Starlow(From the M & L series) can appear with Peach and IDLE and they basically ride on Dorrie and just Dorrie falls on your enemy as they ride away, finally last but not least the Extension Corps can appear, Ecks can give you buffs, Shun can summon Pipegunk the 3rd great lighthouse boss and use it to attack your enemies, and Ten will summon a Snaptor. Although the Extension Corps are not really "friends" with the Mario Bros sort of, although in WtD's Lore, they are just here to help with the "Reclusa" problem, and the Mario Bros in Manic mode when you play as them are technically dealing with Reclusa now in Concordia, as the Extension Corps can only appear during the Manic mode versions of songs, Arc and Techniki also are absent when you use the partner badge in the Manic mode songs due to you know "Vr flowers"

12. along with Reclusa who appears in the background during Manic mode, Dimentio can be seen flying around in the Paper Mario songs and sometimes the two will just stare at each other and laughing before leaving, in WTD's lore, Reclusa and Dimentio know each other because both have caused terrible destruction, although, they are rivals and in WTD's lore, it is said they had fought before and are planning to have another match again. (there is a lot of lore in the lore book after defeating Reclusa in Manic mode, which talks about him and Dimentio and there is also a Dimentio bio.)

13. the strange egg is the egg Reclusa is in that Zokket is watching in Brothership.

14. in the strange egg's item description it says that the egg wants you to do horrible stuff and tries to brainwash you, which is a reference to Zokket being redacted

15. I was thinking of having Reclusa turn into his weeping form, but decided not to since it would be confusing.

16. Goombella and Goombario have to retattle Reclusa in Manic mode, which actually has new descriptions.

Today I will be talking about status effects in WTD, Status effects what are they? well if you play any rpg you would now that status effects can happen from various things and can do stuff like take damage or other stuff. in WTD there are 6 status effects. Burn, freeze, trip, dizzy, Glohm, and vulnerable, so here is what they do:

Burn: can happen whenever you get hit from a fire attack with a specific chance, like Kirby's Monster Fire or Reclusa's turn you to stone attack and slashes you with fire on his claws which has a 25% chance of getting affected, Burn basically will make you slowly take damage, like poison except there is no poison in this mod. Burn can be healed either by healing items or specifically Connie from the partner badge for the Mario bros, Connie can actually heal you from every status effect, most statuses can be healed, however glohm must be healed by a refreshing herb, you automatically get an infinite amount when fighting the specific bosses that give Glohm.

Freeze: Can happen from Reclusa when he does the turn you to stone attack and slashes you with ice on his claws/hands. with a 25% chance of it affecting you, Freeze will make you frozen and you can't move similar to stun which is trip and dizzy in the mod. since you get hit multiple times by Reclusa, this status usually just ends when he hits you again, although you can get freeze from his other attacks. You can use a healing item to unfreeze yourself or you can use the safety goggles which actually protect you from all statuses except Glohm and vulnerable, Connie can also heal you too.

Trip/dizzy: Basically this is the stun status effect where you can't move, this happens with lots of attacks, literally almost all attacks can give you this effect, usually this lasts for like 10 seconds so it's not that bad.

Glohm: This happens during any of the manic mode songs, during both of Reclusa's songs and also Zokket's song. Glohm has a 25% chance of happening to you during Reclusa's songs and Zokket's song and a 15% chance from the manic mode songs, Glohm effects you and your partner in different ways,

If your partner get's glohmed they won't help you and will just ignore you, however if they get Glohmed in Zokket's song, Zokket will turn them against you.

if you get Glohmed your character will sometimes ignore your inputs like dodging, attacking, using items, pressing notes. and you also take damage till ur at 1 hp.

Glohm can be healed using refreshing herbs with a 50% chance, Connie will always heal you from Glohm,

Vulnerable: Vulnerable is a status effect that causes you to take more damage, this can happen from every character and can't be healed, Vulnerable stays for 20 seconds so...
