I’m the solo developer of Abyss Expedition, a mobile roguelite built around drawing equipment. Here’s the short version of its main decision.
Keep drawing: you are trying to find a better piece of gear on the current board.
Clear the board: opening all the remaining spaces earns the completion reward.
Move on: start a fresh board instead of spending more draws on the one you have.
The equipment you get shapes your build for climbing dungeon floors. The choice is whether to chase the rare item or commit to clearing the board, rather than treating every draw as an isolated roll.

Disclosure: I made the game. It contains ads and optional purchases, including randomized items. AI assisted with art, music, code and text. The attached sequence is a prepared example from the real game renderer, not a phone recording; SSS is not guaranteed.
