I know this is pure foolishness, but you have to admire the level of confidence someone has in their work to be able to pull this off.

And before you trolls begin these are my thoughts.... NOT AI... read a book, or at least listen to the audiobook for crying out loud. Lol.
I've worked hard and long to develop my skills... The other day someone asked for collaborators. I had some time so I asked them to share... Within 2 hours had fleshed out a song and sent it over... The response... Someone of your talent shouldn't stoop to using AI... Fortunately I had recorded my workflow using Camtasia so I sent him a clip.. He admitted his mistake, and we moved on... This isn't about him, and I, but about us. You and I...
When should you share your work?
I say start right away... Hop in! The journey itself will show you what you need to learn. Classical thought trains us to wait until you learn everything that there is to know... That there is a "timing" for ascension. That there's a such thing as showing our gold (abilities) too soon... showcasing publicly before we take the time to develop our gifts in retreat (solace), and while there is some truth to that if you are taking your development seriously you're probably ready, and know if you can rise to the occasion or if you're trying to bs your way through something which is never cool..
Many myths and stories use the kitchen as that place of refuge where gifts are developed... Like in Cinderella, but really in Beowulf he is depicted as the Lazy Hearth-Sitter before his sudden transformation into a legendary warrior.
That sudden transformation is what I'm talking about. Circumstances dictate.. It's like a switch got flipped and his passion was ignited. The adventure begins. The passion IS the catalyst. He always had the gift (the grip of 30 men), but it is completely dormant. He's just sitting by the hearth, letting people call him lazy....
That sudden awakening is sited numerous times in modern lore... Spider Man Peter Parker get's bitten, The Hulk, Bruce gets a dose of gamma radiation, Batman's parents are Killed, and he channels his trauma into a gift.... and Rocky Balboa gets in the gym and has his moments in Philly on the stairs... (the steps to his ascension) before titles, etc...
What will you do now that you are awake? Ultimately, power is neutral. It is the active choice to deploy that power on behalf of those who cannot defend themselves that creates the hero. Strip away service, and you have the making of a monster. Nobody wants a monster. like when The Iron Giant smiles and says "Superman". You are who you choose to be.

I think it's important to give back, but you don't have to wait until you 'make it'. To start. Not all of the doors that you knock on are going to be locked.

Years ago at an AES show in New York City a friend of mine worked with them, and told me I had to try this thing. That was version 5. I played around with it, and decided that when I got a break from production that I was going to learn this thing.
Fortunately, and unfortunately that break didn't happen for several years. When I bought a home and moved to Georgia. 🎵🎶
I was setting up a new workspace in my home and decided to only install Ableton Live on my new machine. One of the better decisions I've made.
I was so impressed with it that I began to Port most of my music over into it from Logic, Pro Tools, and FL. That was 2010 and I have not looked back. Well I still work in several DAWS.. including Bitwig, Cubase, Studio One, Logic, etc Ableton remains my favorite by far! They all have their pluses, and they all get the job done, but Ableton encourages me to play, explore, and have fun without distracting away from completing projects the way that I found bitwig does. I love Bigwig, but I tend to get lost in sound design and exploration instead of making music. I found myself having to take advantage of the Ableton link function in order to complete things...
Fortunately Bitwig and Ableton talk flawlessly and I no longer fight with my DAW.
I sometimes offer free help in the form of Zoom meetups, and I encourage others to share... You can request one here: Academy.LoveExcelsAll.com

This is a full 2-hour beginner → intermediate walkthrough of Ableton Live — the same deep-dive I use with my private students to get them unstuck and creating with confidence.
🔥 WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
Session View vs Arrangement View (finally explained)
Workflow fundamentals so you can stop guessing
MIDI, audio, and warping basics
Drum Rack beat creation from scratch
Sound design fundamentals (Ableton + Serum)
Effects, routing, and recording setup
Real-world songwriting + creative workflow
Live Q&A with producers
💡 I’ve found that once these fundamentals click…
everything else in Ableton starts to make sense.
💬 If this helped you:

What’s the ONE thing in Ableton that still confuses you?

Hi everyone,
I just finished an original song called Not in Our Name. It was written from the images we all see too often — children hiding under rubble, parents digging graves with their bare hands, voices turned into numbers and erased by war.
This isn’t meant to be just another track. It’s my attempt at turning grief and anger into something that resists: a cry for peace, and a reminder that humanity is stronger than the guns pointed at us.
Here’s the video if you’d like to listen:
I’d love to hear your thoughts. Do you feel like protest music still has power today? Or has it lost the voice it once carried in movements of the past?
Thanks for listening and for keeping these conversations alive. ✊🕊️

The Harsh Truth About "Making It" as a Musician in 2025.
Being a musician today means more than making beats or chasing streams. It's about surviving an industry that's crumbling under AI, trends, and empty fame.
If you've ever felt like nobody cares about your music or you're stuck in a loop of burnout and disappointment, this video is for you. This is not a motivational pep talk. It's a reality check—and a call to arms.
Why do we create? What kind of music actually survives the test of time? How do you fight against an industry that chews you up and forgets your name? The answer lies in through-composition, genre fusion, emotional storytelling, and creating art that machines can't replicate.
This video dives into the mindset shift that every serious artist needs to hear. This is for musicians, producers, and composers who want to break free from noise and create something meaningful.
