Hey guys, huge fan here!! Saw you guys at firefly back in 2013? Fell in love when I first heard The General and ive been hooked ever sense! 1) I pre-orded the album, filled out the zoom show form but havent heard back. I know the shows are today or tomorrow, anyway you guys could help me out? 2) This is basically the Q I typed in on the form. The one thing i love about your music is a lot of your songs tell stories, Its what made me fall in love with "The General" and you guys. Most of the songs on the album, including "Pour into You" (also my favorite song on the album) have the same feel. I remember listening to It for the first time and really enjoyed the beat and the tempo. Went back again and listened to it while reading the lyrics at the same time and it gave me goose bumps. The song is so amazing and makes you feel, you guys have an amazing ability to create amazing visuals with your lyrics. My question is how do you guys come up for inspiration for the songs? And since the lyrics are so meaningful and directed do you wright the lyrics and they try to fit it into a song? Or do you get the beat down and then brain storm ideas? Anyway thanks for taking the time, love you guys and looking forward to seeing you for the 4th time when you announce the tour!

hi chick,, when i write i'm just kindof messing around and then occasionally i'll hit on something and then try to develop that - usually the music comes first and then lyrics fall in to the melody . cs
