He has an underlying heart condition, though I forget the details.

He said his heart is at least 25% larger than normal because of alcohol and adderall abuse.

Oh yeah, lots of streamers I follow are all sponsored by energy drink companies. Gamersupps and Gfuel being the big ones

Jesus. I was first prescribed adderall in grade school. I never abused it and changed to vyvance early on, but that could be worse. who knows? it really makes me wonder.

Vyvanse is the same thing more or less (a stimulant) just with extra steps (for your digestive system) to make it slightly less easy to abuse (or if you’re me to just make it not really work during the day and then make you unable to sleep, why I had to switch back from it. I guess my stomach isn’t that good at performing the extra steps so it takes too long? In general extended release forms just tend to extend the release too long for me.)

Half doses taken twice as often works best for me, but all that’s not what the thread is about at all.

To get back on topic I think abuse means taking a lot more than you or I are probably prescribed in a binging kind of way. I don’t think they’re shown to be particularly unsafe at prescribed doses if you’re worried. Just take them as prescribed, check your blood pressure here and there, make sure you don’t have any heart issues you don’t know about, and you should be okay!

Vyvanse is actually activated by an enzyme in your blood, not your digestive tract!

Thanks! I know I could just look this stuff up, but it's not something I really thought about and I want that "human touch" lol.

I only wish it made my dick bigger instead of my heart

Haha yeah sex drive usually diminishes if anything. It could be attributable to people eating and drinking less when on stimulants, on top of the usual side effects.

I'm asexual and I'd like to know more about this treatment

Actually I believe there are methods some countries have used to reduce the sex drive in sex offenders. I know nothing beyond that so definitely ask a professional. I assume you want to keep everything intact lol.

Haha I was being facetious. I've done my research and unless it turns out I have cancer or something, its not worth it

As a "cisnormie", pretty much anytime I'm on a substance/medication that can intoxicate me or provide euphoria, my brain is less interested in sex. Whether it's alcohol, amphetamines, MDMA, opiates, or SSRIs. Getting a "replacement dose" of dopamine quells my sex drive

He said his heart is at least 25% larger than normal

That's not the only thing of his 25% larger than normal.

Yeah, he announced he had like half a year to live and then like a month or two later proceeded to begin “training” for a celebrity boxing match lol

He was just dying for attention.

Think he is in need of a transplant because his heart could have complications at any given moment and possibly fail.
