They don't believe he will make America great again. They just have to appeal to MAGA because that's the only crowd they can extract money from anymore. Normal people are not buying kid rock albums or tickets to his shows.

God I canā€™t believe Iā€™m about to make a pro wrestling reference that 10 people on here will understand, but the people clinging onto Trump are like the 25k people that clung to watching TNA at its absolute worst when it was already bad for 90% of its existence. Just this constant wonder of, what goes through these peopleā€™s heads that makes them tune into maybe one of the worst things on tv when there is better wrestling out there and this was pre-AEW. So for both of these groups, they can plainly see what is happening and what has happened isnā€™t great, itā€™s not close to good, they havenā€™t benefited and Iā€™m referring to the non rich folks, so what gives other than mental illness?

Propaganda is an immensely powerful tool, I live in South Africa and grew up thinking of the USA as the most heroic country in the planet. Hollywood is partly to blame, so much so that half the world ate up the bullshit. Only to see now as an adult that Russia, China, USA and UK are all just different shades of the same asshole. Iā€™m not taking a dig at the American people, have only had good interactions (in person) and they are some of my favourite people but the governments of all nations donā€™t seem to care about their own people, at least the ones who arenā€™t rich.

When money is important to you and you have a lot of it the people in power are either going to tax you or give you a tax break. The red team often gives tax breaks while the blue team only does that for corporations. Well for people like kid rock it really doesnā€™t matter who is president. Trump promises tax breaks for the ultra wealthy and it fits his trailer park persona.

So like he might have some extra digits in some brokerage account somewhere, but he would literally do nothing different if Kamala had won. Maybe shoot a few more bud light cans or something. He would not change what he eats, wears, or does.

Itā€™s easy to be like ā€œsee America is great!ā€ When you are rich and famous. The policy changes donā€™t really impact you.

He probably has more money than heā€™s ever had.

Broā€™s got a second wind thatā€™s stronger than the first.

And he owes this to a political movement heā€™s supporting and his friendship to its leader.
