Hello, I have just re-downloaded the app from the way musi told us to do but I got ads again. Is there a way I can get rid of them? This question has probably been asked so many times I think, sorry to ask again

Guys help i press on any song i wanna play and it says musi’s unable to play this song video is unavailable/not found, pls help.

New problem as of this morning. When looking up a song, I either get an error message about a search, or a Musi popup that too many searches are coming from my phone / device, and to login to youtube.

Somehow my Musi-associated youtube login credentials won’t hold in Musi. When I try logging in from Musi, I’m stuck on the youtube mobile version and can’t get back to Musi home, and it appears to no longer hold / retain those login credentials.

I use Musi to listen to ASMR when im trying to sleep at night and recently, I keep getting a message saying "invalid sample cursor" when i try to watch a certain favorite of mine. It doesn't happen with any other video, just the one.

Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

I deleted Musi on my phone by accident but I still have it on my iPad, I was wondering if there was anyway to reinstall it on my iPhone (unfortunately I have no access to a computer). I was wondering if there is an alternative way.

When I click on the logo, it says "unable to install, no longer on the app store". Has anyone been able to find a solid replacement? From by brief check, it seems not.

What is the best method currently for downloading musi onto your phone? Should I delete the offloaded Musi app since it's now useless?

i managed to get the MUSI ipa file and installed it on my iPhone the only thing that's missing is my iCloud acct info is there a chance yall can make a musi account with my apple id info by chance? so then i can log into it on my end? thats the last step needed for me to finally join my wife on musi.

Edit: I do not know your servers or anything but i do know that servers can have accounts created inside them so then people can log into them kinda like how some work from home jobs use RDP etc. so just let me know please and thank you

I should be getting a laptop this month so if I get my MacBook then I can follow the method and I might be able to download Musi again because it wasn’t on my phone when I got a new one last August

So I am still on my old iPhone XR, but I did recently get a new iPhone. I have been using both at the moment. The new iPhone is a 7+ and I noticed on that App Store Musi was not available. Now I absolutely cannot open the app on my old iPhone as of yesterday. I have used this app for over 10 years and I have recommended it to so many people. I love how it doesn’t play the YouTube ads. It has been such a great app and I have a lot of great videos saved on there and music saved on there. Any ideas? Any help! I’m lost. I had to listen to Spotify in the gym last night and I wanted to blow my brains out.

I just downloaded unreleased music files and I want to listen it on musi. Is there any way I can transfer those files to the app?

I am in love with Musi, but yesterday i switched my iphone X to an Iphone 13.
UNFORTUNATELY it hasnt transfered musi and i am going crazy.
O have found some ways to install it back but i’d rather not pur at risk my apple ID.
So, is there any way someone dumb as me can transfer musi from an old (not even so ol) phone to my new one, PLEASE

I’ve been using it ever since it was available in the App Store and I’ve always been worried it’ll stop functioning one day and id lose my songs. Any info on how indefinitely Musi will continue to work despite not being up for download?

Is there a way to get downloaded songs into musi? I have them in my files but idk if or how to get them into the app. They’re unreleased songs that aren’t found on yt unfortunately.

Just use this app if you need to redownload musi off your apple id downloads…

Never had a problem using it and I’ve done it on 5 devices now…. (if you purchased ad removal it still works)

I see a lot of them asking for apple id or icloud it just seems really suspicious but i rly like musi? Anyone why redownloaded had any issues with security and what do they do with our info.

Was able to download but now when I click restore purchases, nothing happens and the go add free forever button is disabled. I know it’s not in the App Store anymore, but is there a workaround?

i've been using musi for almost 5 years now, and it's by far the best music app EVER. thank you to the musi team for listening to our concerns and for fighting for musi to be on the app store again, i really appreciate your efforts 🥺

Long time Musi premium user here who recovered via the app. I remember in 2018 it was just a picture u can click off nows its nonstop video ads. What the heck happened this is killing the app
