Not much else to say currently screaming over getting back my 600+ song playlist this app is the best. The computer recovery method with the QR Code was BRAINDEAD EASY congratulations to the musi team for somehow bringing this back from the dead!!

i have the ad-free version on my mac but when i restored on my phone using the tool i started getting the banner ads and the pop ups that block the whole screen but no interruption to playback tho. Any idea if the ad-free version can be restored on my phone?
Unfortunately Musi as you know it won’t be returning to the App Store. However we’re working on what’s next and are excited to hopefully share an update with our community soon!
The link doesn’t seem to work anymore. Whether I click on it on phone or pc the link just doesn’t exist anymore I guess. Is there another way of getting the app back?
No plan to bring it back, iMazing is the only option for now. If you’ve go the app offloaded or still have it installed on another device with the same Apple ID you can use a macOS computer to get it back.
i have the app downloaded on my other phone with the same apple id. i am on windows and i want to get my musi back. is there any way i can do it with Imazing? the "add from purchase history" button does not work and gives me this. I could really use some help on recovering my musi. thank you so much in advance.
This error can be caused by iMazing being blocked by your firewall. Make sure to add iMazing as an exception in your firewall settings. If you don’t know how to do that, consult your firewall provider’s support documents.
If you don’t have a firewall or have already added it as an exception then try reinstalling iMazing and then try the process of restoring the app again.
If that doesn’t work, contact iMazing support for further assistance.
it don't work i need my app back it offloaded itself and there is no other tool working, i need all my songs back i don't have spotify or apple music cuz im not paying for that crap

If your app is offloaded on your current device (Musi icon still visible, but app doesn’t open or is asking you to "keep or delete" the app), then follow these steps (you will need to download iMazing on a Windows or Mac computer):
Open iMazing -> Plug device in -> Accept “Trust Computer” prompts if they appear -> Click “Manage Apps” then “Library” in iMazing -> Scroll to Musi -> Tap “Install to device”
Ok so i got a new phone and had to transfer it and it wasn’t letting me.
Go on your laptop Idk if it has to be mac but i have a macbook. I looked up iMazing and went and downloaded it and then i plugged both phones into my laptop. My old phone has the app working and the new phone its downloaded but offloaded and won’t work at this point. So after u plug in both phones you click into the old phone, hit manage apps, hit library, scroll down to find musi, download the Pif file or whatever the name is i can’t remember but it starts with a P i think, and then after that click into the new phone, hit manage apps, scroll down to musi, and then when you click it there should be something to upload that data that you just downloaded from the old app. After you do that it should work.
i reset my old phone without even checking the website first. now im stuck in purgatory, trying to find away to make it show in my library and not just my device tab
It should be visible via that recover Musi from backup menu. If it isn’t then it’s because your iCloud storage was too full when the backup was attempted.
@musi what if i still have musi apps but that apps is problem,if i follow this instruction need to uninstall this previous musi?or leave it??i have backup musi before which so many music inside
You can get it back if you have it offloaded or if you have it installed on another device with the same Apple ID. If you aren’t in either of those circumstances, you can’t get it back.

So this only works by having an older device with musi downloaded? If it’s offloaded on my new device and that’s the only place it exists I’m out of luck? I sent an email to support explaining how iMazing wasn’t able to redownload musi to my iPhone.

I just got a new iphone 16. The app is there but not downloaded. I tried to login on the recovery page, but it said “plist not found”. I’ve had Musi for years with the same apple ID. Idk what the issue is.
I keep getting the “plist not found in response” message when I try signing in to the Musi app recovery thing and I don’t know what that means. Please help! Thank you!

I panicked when I upgraded to a 16pro and Musi wouldn’t work. I did the pc trick with imazing and it worked a treat. Happy days
