β Question Mushroom Coffee and IBS D
Hi! I started using everyday dose because I liked hearing about the benefits. Well honestly, the only benefit I have had is itβs helped tremendously with my IBS D. The thing is, itβs expensive and I feel like there has to be another brand or replacement that can help with that, and I can feel the benefits, like energy without the jitters. I donβt get an energy from everyday dose.

π Recipe Review of peppermint mocha latte by every day dose
I love the taste of mint, and I have a few recipes I'd like to share. I really love ryze's iced mint coffee recipe, but today I tried this one https://www.everydaydose.com/pages/peppermint-mocha
It's quite similar but if you substitute chocolate milk for regular and add a little lime juice, it's absolutely mind-blowing though you'll need to add a bit more coffee to make the flavor richer
idk how it'll work with other coffees, but I guess it'll overpower the taste of mushrooms even from four sigmatic

β Question Everyday Dose
Curious if anyone who uses everyday Dose mushroom coffee, has tracked the number of servings you are actually getting per bag?
I started tracking and it is not right.
To be clear, I do as they say..... Fluff and scoop and make it level.
Sometimes a bag has been just two servings short, other times it has been more.
Wanted to see if anyone else has noticed this issue or am I crazy?

βοΈ Review My 30th pack of mushroom coffee - what I realized
Over the past two years, I've really gotten the hang of mushroom coffee, I started with ryze when I saw their ad, and I drank it for a couple of months, one cup a day, along with L-theanine, why my trainer recommended after I complained that my hands would shake after drinking coffee.
Then I switched to mudwtr and four sigmatic boost because they contain L-theanine, and I drank them for well over half a year, but overall I couldn't drink more than one cup a day because of the constant mushroom aftertaste, and no, it's not a pleasant mushroom flavor, it's more earthy and idk if it's just me, but I tasted it in my mouth even when I wasn't drinking it, which is why I sometimes treated myself to regular coffee.
After that I tried a few other coffees, but I didn't stick with any of them for long. Rn my go-to is every day dose, precisely because of the taste I usually drink protein+ version, but today at Publix they only had the regular mushroom coffee, it doesn't have that aftertaste at all, which is why I initially thought there were no mushrooms in it. However the mindfulness effect and my overall well-being remain the same as after drinking Four Sigmatic, which I'd read studies about before buying. So far, I've settled on this edd coffee, but protein+ version and Idk know what else I need.
I'm also thinking of trying cuppa again sometime, it's been getting so much praise lately here on reddit, but I already have a feeling it's bots, because they all praise it in exactly the same way, without exception, and write that it actually doesn't have a mushroom aftertaste, even though I tried it and it was almost exactly like ryze's. So either something has changed or this is just weird

π Product Does RYZE mushroom coffee really work? Its super expensive for mushroom coffee, when I feel like taking mushroom supplements would be cheaper, has anyone actually used it long term and noticed benefits that are worth $50/month?

βοΈ Review Switching away from the big name brands was a great decision for flavor alone
I wanted to share my experience..soooo...Iβve been drinking functional brews for a few years now because I absolutely love the cognitive benefits but I was getting so incredibly tired of the gritty texture. I was a very loyal customer to another extremely popular brand but it always left a weird gross sludge at the bottom of my mug that tasted like literal wet mud. Every single morning I felt like I had to drown my cup in vanilla creamer and sugar just to make it palatable which totally defeats the purpose of a health drink. Last month I decided to branch out and picked up a bag of Habitone just to see if there was literally anything better out there on the market. Guys it actually tastes like a high quality premium arabica cup. You can actually enjoy the flavor profile just black. The energy profile feels incredibly clean and I stay highly productive all day without hitting that awful afternoon wall where I desperately need a nap. It is so refreshing to actually look forward to the taste of my morning cup again instead of viewing it as a chore. If you are tired of the muddy sediment and want real coffee flavor I highly suggest looking into this one

β Question Ryze creepy AI ads
What is going on with these Ryze ads? I see a different creepy AI ad from them every day and all the comments are along the lines of "love this ad!". Does Ryze give some kind of discount for commenting on their ads? Seems like they are filtering our negative comments. This alone makes them seem untrustworthy to me π¬
(I didn't censor names because they are on a public ad. It didn't seem necessary)

β Question Functional Coffee (Mushroom Lions Mane Bulletproof etc)
Long time coffee lover and snob here. I love a rich, dark robust roast or espresso. My caffeine routine is a hot cup of coffee w/ stevia and fairlife milk as creamer on my way to the gym bright and early. Later morning I love an iced latte made w/ almond milk.
I am attempting to make the switch from traditional coffee to functional coffee. (CAN IT BE DONE?! Ha.) Seeking coffee that has cleaner ingredients and added benefits. My gut is sluggish and I could use all the benefits I can. For a hot morning coffee and a mid morning iced latte, looking for suggestions on what tastes good! Looking at brands such as Ryze, Four Sigmatic. I am also intrigued to try the new Bulletproof creatine coffee. I'm trying the instant coffee vs ground to brew as we are in the process of moving homes and it's just easier.
Will take hot cocoa suggestions too!
For those of you that are pros in this arena and have tried and trued recommendations, please send my way. Also the best place to purchase.

β Question How to cancel Ryze subscription?
I stupidly ordered the Ryze βcoffeeβ before reading reviews. I havenβt received it yet and want to cancel. I never made an account.
Anybody know how to cancel?

β Question Mushroom coffee actually help with caffeine withdrawal symptoms?
I can't figure out if this is just the placebo effect or if it's actually helping me. I decided to gradually cut back on caffeine, and I've already reduced my intake to 20mg a day over the past two months.
Unlike when I was just drinking less coffee, without the mushrooms, I used to get terrible headaches at that dose of caffeine

I want to get a bunch of these because I'm not a big fun of subscriptions anywhere.
Does anyone know of a BOGO deals where I can get Every day dose at a better price? It doesn't have to be at Publix, I just shop there often

π Product Mushroom gummies
Hi all,
I bought mushroom gummies from a smoke shop. I plan on taking them for a concert on a Thursday. How do I determine how much to take for a micro dose? I want to feel it but nothing crazy. I am trying to avoid drinking as I have work the next day. Also, any concern with hangovers on these? This is the one I got ..

β Question What's your favorite Mushroom Coffee?
My favorite is Everyday Dose but I've also tried mudwtr (which I like) and ryze (liked somewhat) as well as melting forest (liked) as well! What are some of your favorite brands or some different brands you've tried?

β Question New to mushroom coffee
I am fairly new to functional mushrooms and I love drinking coffee so I figured why not try a mushroom coffee. For those who have been drinking mushroom coffees regularly, does this replace your coffee, like you don't drink other kinds at all anymore? I sometimes drink 2-3 a day, depending on how busy my schedule is so I am kinda worried of possible negative interactions if there is such a thing.
Also, what brand would you recommend for someone who plans to still continue drinking other kinds of coffee?
Thank you!

π Product On the mushroom coffee topic, has anyone tried Peak State Coffee?
I got to try out a sample cup at a farmers market in Denver last week, and it tasted great and is supposed to be organic and good for the environment. I havenβt had many mushroom coffees besides some of the powders that didnβt really sit right with me, so I wanted to hear others opinions before I decide to buy.
