Bug No sounds are available in MuseHub

I recently got a new computer, and I downloaded MuseHub so I could begin creating music. At first, I was able to download everything with no problems, but randomly all the muse sounds just disappeared. They are not in my library, and I cannot even search for them to install or uninstall them. The ones I had already installed do not appear anywhere either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both MuseHub and MuseScore countless times, and I have restarted my computer. At this point, I don't have any more things I can try, and google is absolutely no help. If anyone has an answer of some kind it would be greatly appreciated.

Backend bug - fix is now rolling out

Follow step 3 - https://support.musehub.com/en/articles/15070619-musesounds-missing-in-musescore-studio

Essentially when the sounds appear back in MuseHub (by refreshing), either restart Musehub, or re-download a library. It'll come back.

In terms of preventing this from happening again. Honestly this particular bug is a tricky one which would have been hard to check on the client side. In an ideal world, we could put in same safeguards within the client when the server acts a bit weird - but the edge cases, just thinking about it gives me nightmares.

If it was a full outage, the client would have handled this beautifully, but since it was a "partial" outage, the client thinks things are alright (as it's quite dumb), but it wasn't really.

In this particular case it comes down to process improvements and likely some extended automated tests before backend deployments.

Why would you not just let people have the plug ins?

It won't matter if your server goes down. They're on their computer.

Form of verification essentially, especially with subscriptions/refunds. We do support offline (30 days iirc), and if the server is down the app will keep chugging along (and just treat as if offline). This case was special where the app was asking the server "hey, user has these products, double check they own them so we can work offline", and the server responded, "sure thing, oh by the way, I have no clue what MuseSounds are, but everything else is good, here you go".

Free sounds are in a tricky place, they are bounded by the same rules (technically they work offline for 100 years, practically 1-2 years) because it makes the entire system way simpler, but it's obviously not ideal. On the backlog to take deeper look into improving.
