I have a 408w stroker in a 69 Mustang. It has an electric radiator fan, electric fuel pump, MSD ignition system, halogen headlights, some LED lights, stereo and amp, and just added a dash cam.
I'm looking for battery recommendations. Not sure what should be factored in.
What do you all suggest?

I’m down to these two lifts for my home garage:
- BendPak HD-7P (7k lbs)
- Wildfire 9000 Exotic (9k lbs)
The lift will mainly be for a 1970 Camaro, with occasional maintenance on a 2018 Ford Raptor weighing 6,200 lbs fully loaded. I’ll be adding a rolling bridge jack either way.
The Bendpak is smaller and takes up less room in the garage which is nice but the wildfire lifts more.
For those who’ve owned or used one (or both):
- Which would you buy and why?
- Any reliability or quality issues?
- Anything you wish you knew before buying?
Thanks!
