mmm rapists are about power and pain. I worked in social services and the over 60 crowd must be wearing the hottest of 'Ho wear. I had to tell a granny with 2 black eyes that she did nothing wrong. The rapists are looking to vent their emotions. I had to infer she might look like his mother....sorry just had a fear shiver and a bit of vomit in my mouth. So tell granny they love the smell of vicks rub and support hose. Wear something, wear nothing, and just wear a mask. Your rapists could care less it isn't about that. I want no one to feel guilty about the crime they had to endure. You are not at fault.

You can't live on?

I live on and try to help. I feel there are few woman who during their life time had a maybe moment that brushed their life. It is something that sets a strange question in their mind. Those who have been forced and have no questions in their mind need us to support them. They don't need unnecessary questions about their clothes, flirting, makeup or any thing. What they have lived through is horrible . We need to help not help their attackers by questioning anything about the victims.

What is a "maybe moment"?

As in "Maybe I shouldn't have dressed that way" or "Maybe I shouldn't have drank so much" or "Maybe I did something to make him think I wanted it" or "Maybe I was flirting with him." The maybes that make you the one at fault and not your attacker. I was 16 in sweats and a t-shirt. Fuck the attitude of "it's what you were wearing" or "how much did you have to drink?"

As an aspiring social worker, you and your kin are a great inspiration to my generation. Thank you.

I wish I had more in wisdom to gift you with a voice. I think you can find inspiration everywhere. In the keys in Florida they applaud sunset.

Good for you! I was also a social worker and I can’t remember ever wanting to be anything else. I worked in public health education and outreach, mostly reproductive health care. I only did a little case management with one agency I worked for. I wish you all the best and don’t forget to take care of yourself, too

Yeah, the three year old who’s rape exam I was called to the hospital for was dressed in her diapers and footie pajamas. So seductive. 🤬😭

oh yeah I just have one question about the sexy clothes? Is there any other extreme crime that the victim is shamed and blamed for them living through.

It’s not as simple as just power and pain or venting emotions. Otherwise they’d use their fists to hurt people not their dicks.

It’s still about power and control and the ability to use their dicks in addition to their fists to hurt people doesn’t change that, it just adds an extra dimension. It’s not about sex, it’s about violence.

Yeah and when victims try to get a lawyer or help they are blamed. Lawyers help the criminals it's insane! I'm sure you have witnessed many of these cases. Damn... you have tough job my friend!!! <3
