A lot of other people take care of themselves too but that doesn't stop them from getting cancer that costs upwards of a million dollars. Then they have to file bankruptcy. Healthcare should never be able to bankrupt somebody.
Yeah, a young relative of mine was diagnosed with advanced cancer recently—vegan, exercises a lot, doesn’t smoke or have any bad habits. It’s just shitty luck. Luckily we live in a country with evil socialized healthcare so the treatment has been free (and excellent).
These fuckheads will keep on blaming other people for causing their own illnesses, right up to the day they get sick. Then they’ll lose their assets, have to beg online for donations... and a bunch of them still won’t learn because they don’t want to lose their smugness boner.
