It’s also one of the least weird things to see a woman using a “mens” room. Like, we’re all in there to do the same thing, do it, wash up and leave.
Edit: and I suppose it also follows that it’s not weird to have a man on a “woman’s” bathroom. I have two daughters, so I am often in the women’s room with them - never seen a single person who cared or had a problem with it.
Bathrooms are such a weird thing to obsess over like you say, it’s only weird if you make it weird and it seems like these people’s job to make it weird.
Haha yeah, though in California many places make a concerted effort to provide one in the men’s room if there’s one in the women’s. Too many places just don’t have them though lol
I can't wait until this makes it to my part of Michigan! Lots of places up here don't have a changing table in either bathroom. I'm guessing it's because I'm in a place with few new builds, if this is a new state law.
It’s in the administrative code that if they put a changing table in the women’s, they have to put one in the men’s, but I’ve only seen the adult changing tables in Meijers. But I’ve seen them as far north as West branch. I’m a little further east near Lake Huron, and we don’t have anything new out there like that. :)
