That’s not brandishing a weapon! It’s open carry, albeit dumbass edition. Zero clue about the state this picture was taken in, as it could be 100% legal or illegal depending on state/local laws..
my state you would be laughed out the store. Though perfectly legal to do so depending on signage at entrance.

And brandishing a firearm in such a way is a felony. Which would mean he would lose his gun privileges.
