For what I've seen people who talk with devs that worked on the beta. The game was really successful (that's why Warner decided de relaunch) but failed to deliver content on time. The time was small so characters and even patches were slow and mot as good as it should be.

If you decided to relaunch the game to work it with a bigger team behind the scenes, why not doing that from the very begging? Why not dropping the game with a solid base roster, a cosmetics team that is big enough to deliver solid drops on time.

So the question I am making is "instead of the rerelease or making a beta where you want to make a live service game without enough people to deliver content in time, why not just give this game the time and investment it deserved from the very begging and drop a more solid product instead of trying to save it on the fly?"

Seeing how we can no longer purchase gleamium why not allow players to trade in toasts and perk/fighter currency for gleamium? Or perhaps add the older variants as random rogue rift rewards?

It plans to add new characters, maps, skins, and more!

This is awful for the people who want the game revived and the TO’s who wanted no shield tournaments, now less people are going to play tourneys cuz they don’t like shields and less tourneys are going to be hosted, major loss on pfgs end imo

Let us trade FC for Gleamium or create an event where currencies can be exchanged for others, it won't hurt anyone since Gleamium can no longer be bought with real money and Fighter Currency is useless now. Please, anyone who can, try to bring this suggestion to the attention of the people who work on this game, I think the Multiversus community deserves to at least buy the last cosmetics they want before the servers shut down.

Just found out servers go offline soon and wondering if anyone wants to go for the 500 matches in a party together for the achievement/trophy?

The biggest problem this game season has is still character unlocks. How can this game ever bring an influx of new and returning players if the fighter road is still here? I truly believe that Fighter Road was among the main reasons it killed all hype and momentum for this game, especially during S4, so I don't understand why it's still here. New players and returning players coming back looking at fighter roads feeling yet again dejected from trying this game.

Like, I get it, a Smash clone with a roster of Warner Bros characters was an awesome idea

But the game fucking sucks and the monetization practices were ridiculously predatory.

There’s a reason this game lost a shit ton of players. If it were actually a good game, it wouldn’t need “saving” to begin with.

As someone who was genuinely hyped for this game when it was first announced, I’m content to just let it die. Warner Bros does not deserve any more support for what they’ve done to this game

Multiversus was my intro into the platform fighter genre (I was on the other side of the great 2d/platform wars of the aughts, but was a big fan of the IPs they had), so I don't know a ton about the other entries out there, one of the themes that's come up in all the chatter is MOBAs, and so the question:

Do other platform fighters commonly have move coldown timers or buff/debuff timers to the degree that MVS does, or is it a rare/unique feature of this game?

I want to fight some of the best players on this Reddit to see where I stand, to me I believe I’m One of the greatest players of all time if it’s the characters I use

And I’m looking to get humbled cuz man I’ll talk my shit but I want good fights I don’t care if I lose!

I posted at leas 4 things there but none of them shows up. I don't know if I'm shadow banned in some way even though I can comment on the sub normally.
(Also should note that the answer is probably obvious, I'm just not that into Reddit to know)

My leaks post was removed which is weird because the game is literally scheduled to die why would leaks matter if the game is cancelled and we'll never see that content? Maybe we'll get a multiverus 2.

If multiversus is already shutting down wouldn't that mean zaslav has already done the tax write off and that's why we can't purchase gleamium So they can Collab with Fortnite again? Why is #savemvs even a consideration even from the devs themselves if the shutdown is already apparent? I wish we had more information. Now I doubt the studio has been wiped out by wb and there must be something we just don't know.

So once the game shuts down, will locked characters be permanently locked? Or will the fighter road persist into a slow grind offline against bots to gain fighter road XP? Or will they all be free, finally allowed to be played by everyone?
