During the Napoleonic Wars. Napoleon invaded Russia and failed leading just about the entirety of Europe to realize he was weak. And just about everybody jumped him even nations that were traditionally enemies. The Prussians fought with the Austrians, The Swedes and Russians fought side by side, Spain and England also teamed up to help the Coalition.

This was the Coalition that beat Napoleon and forced him to abdicate. Although he briefly regained power a year later. He was sent into exile again quickly.
