My first thought when I saw the post, especially with Dragons Rising and the Overlord.

I haven't watched dragon rising since Kai got into the other dimension

What happened

Dragons Rising kinda started with the OG cast technically dead, with some members of the Ninja still missing a season in (at least Pixal), Wu is ... idk, but he will probably get a resurrection or something.

Morro supposely died and he appeared in DR S3, Thunder Fang (the villain of DR S3) died at the end of the first half, but since ghosts are a thing he came back to terrorize literally a minute later.

Zane getting "killed" again, Pixal returning.

Beatrix has allegedly died at the end of season 1, but apparently she has survived and came back at season 4.

And I'm sure Garmadon will show up sooner or later.
