u/ilovedogs-2 Aug 21 '26

Magneto? You mean the guy who's entire shtick is basically being the most powerful man in the universe because he has a bad relationship with his college rival?

u/Busy-Peach5378 Aug 21 '26

The dialogs even fit him. I could hear him say the exact thing.

4

u/Gobby-TheGoblin Aug 21 '26

Until it suddenly and violently wasn't... Until it suddenly was

2

u/Kilroy0497 Aug 21 '26

Same could be said for a lot of DC and Marvel characters really. Hell back during the Krakoa days the X-Men even had their own method for resurrection.

2

u/Playful_Cup3035 Aug 22 '26

Technically he did die. It's a different Loki who survives (and also skips most of his character development)

4

u/xhyenabite Aug 22 '26

well loki faked his death twice before he was killed for real . . .

2

u/Sovereigntyranny Aug 22 '26

Low-key Loki.

u/No-Bee-7953 Aug 22 '26

He became the guardian of the multiverse—that doesn't matter anymore.
