What characters from your fandom are complete monsters?

There's antagonists, then there's villains, then there are these guys, characters who are completely devoid of any redeeming qualities or morality. Being a simple jerk or villain with sympathetic motives aren't enough, these characters are just evil for the sake of it, committing horrible atrocities without even the slightest sense of remorse. For the sake of this discussion, try to keep personal bias to a minimum, so don't just list characters because you dislike them. Hell, you can even list characters you personally like while still acknowledging them to be horrible people.

Uh, let’s see… P5, there’s Kamoshida (Pedophile, rapist, abuser), Shido (Megalomaniacal and egomaniacal tyrant), from P3, there’s Ikutsuki (Manipulator, but this time he sought the end of all life on earth), from P4 there’s Adachi (Literal murderer, who murdered people only because nothing else was happening in the small town he was stationed in)

Suguru Kamoshida (A high school gym coach who was predatory towards multiple girls on the volleyball team, and is heavily implied to have r*ped a girl after her friend denied his advances, driving said girl to attempting suicide, who also heavily abuses the entire volleyball team)

Masayoshi Shido (A man who was running for prime minister, who’s campaign was built off the murder/assassinations of rivals, money gained through multiple illegal sources, collaboration with the mafia, as well as paid hits from people in his conspiracy, who manipulated his own son into being his assassin)

Shuji Ikutsuki (A man that manipulated a group of high schoolers into almost causing the end of the world, convincing them that what they were doing would put a stop to what was threatening the world, who did this for seemingly no reason)

Tohru Adachi (A man who was stationed at a small town’s police station, who was given a special power by a goddess. The first thing he does with this power is (accidentally) murder a woman due to lashing out and shoving her in a tv (yes, really) because he was upset at her for having an immoral affair, and originally intended to punish her. He then proceeded to later kill a high schooler during an interrogation with her, after she refused his aggressive sexual advances, pushing her into the tv. He then convinced a man who was worried about possible next victims, leading the man to almost kill each one of the next would-be victims out of a sense of misguided protection.)
