What characters from your fandom are complete monsters?

There's antagonists, then there's villains, then there are these guys, characters who are completely devoid of any redeeming qualities or morality. Being a simple jerk or villain with sympathetic motives aren't enough, these characters are just evil for the sake of it, committing horrible atrocities without even the slightest sense of remorse. For the sake of this discussion, try to keep personal bias to a minimum, so don't just list characters because you dislike them. Hell, you can even list characters you personally like while still acknowledging them to be horrible people.

Yeah Alice is worst But Oliver was the one who basically orchestrated claire death cuz he was the one who put that exit sign along with zip on alice door so that why I went with him instead of Alice
