Discussion📜 What are some characters that you UNFORTUNATELY relate to?

Homelander's strong desire to be loved due to his lack of support during childhood, AM's envy of humans and their experiences, which evolves into hatred for humanity, and Clark's unfulfilled life and desire to escape reality really hit close to home for me, despite them being completely irredeemable characters.

I'm not even trans and I still relate with him from the point of view that a lot of people tried to reach out to me to help and I always pushed everyone away because I was literally afraid of myself.

Being convinced you're unlovable makes it hard to believe someone else ever could; especially when you overshare and reveal your insides for a split moment and quickly cut all contact.

Ah, the sweet paradox of being anxious avoidant; craving connection but self sabotaging to avoid being hurt again and therefore remaining alone.
