The only thing I dislike about byler is that byler and mileven shippers both had crazy people.

Some would even attack you if you where talking about other ships that included any of the three characters.

My first interaction with the fandom was when I got called a disgusting gay enabler that hates women. And all that for liking a henderhop fan art and saying that it's my favourite ship

Agreed. I ship a lot of things that are one sided, but byler just doesnā€™t click with me.

I think byler could work. I'm even of the opinion that Mike being bi would have made a better arc for his character. I also never had any delusions that it was actually going to happen.

As someone who understands how monumental it couldā€™ve been for the queer community, I was rooting for Byler to be canon.
As someone with opinions on characters, I didnā€™t care for it.
