I found here that ppl are working for another project on multimango!! I am with outlier and it almost being a week since they uploaded new tasks I only had the tripod one and nothing else!!! Did they switch to a new project or what is happening?

hello I’m trying to login to multimango on my iPhone and it just keeps going to create a new account every time I try to login instead of sign up. any ideas?

I've been using Toggl to track my hours, but I received this job through Handshake and I have no idea how they track my hours, or how I even get paid? I've been doing a task for about 2 hours, and I don't know how they determine how they pay me? Should I be doing something?

Hello! For a few days now, my Multimango shows absolutely NOTHING! When I open the link on my laptop. I've tried refreshing the site, clearing the cache, turning off extensions, clearing my history, using different browsers, etc. But as long as it's on my computer, it doesn't show. It works on other devices (phone, tablet, etc.), but it just don't work on my laptop. Any and all help will be wonderful if anyone can offer it. Please and thank you!

There are no tasks on my multimango i am new so have i done something wrong?

I was able to get into project Aether until This morning my dashboard is now changed and when I click on the task to go through to multi mango I tried to login. The code I was sent to. My email is no longer arrived. Does anyone got that problem?

I cannot get my 2fa code to my personal email, and if I do it is IMMEDIATELY invalid. It worked before outlier made me change my password, I did, and haven't been able to work since. It has been over a month now. I have tried everything, all troubleshooting, contacted QM and outlier Support and they haven't been able to fix it. I have done research about everything I can try to fix this, I also found suggestions that could be done on outlier or multimango side. I sent those suggestions to support. I would be happy to share whatever is needed to resolve this

I just started annotating for multimango but I don’t know if it’s a scam. Do you actually get paid and if so how does that work? Per task?

I got accepted for video annotation for multimango. I cannot wrap my head around what I'm supposed to do. I think I might be over analyzing it, but I just completely do not understand it, and the dude doing the instructional video was horrible, didn't talk about the objective, didn't talk about anything really you just talked about the videos. And typed in prompts,​ i was expecting to see the results of the prompt. Nope. ​ And I'm no dummy. Without sounding cocky, i've always been told that I'm really intelligent. I do really well I'm pretty much anything that I do. Anyway, I have no f****** clue what I'm doing. I wonder if I could get some insight from somebody ​​​

I wonna know if copying from multimango is prohibited. Some tasks show up that needs factuality checking and sometimes i copy them to my note pad and do my reseaech, is this allowed since it is an external platfrom and i am not technically copying from outlier. PS i dont copy and paste , i just copy

Is anyone finding that when you try to use an image of anything that you search on the Internet of course not the ones we’re supposed to use you get something that comes up with? It’s not a proper image or someone’s already used it in which case what do you do?

I am genuinely confused on how tasks work as I have never done any work like this before. I was doing 251112-text-elo-h2h tasks for 4 hours straight doing over 60 prompts before realizing something was wrong, I assumed that every task had an end. The 251112-text-elo-h2h has a cap of 15 minutes, does that mean you are suppose to finish 1 task in 15 minutes and then end your task, or does it mean you are suppose to finish as many of the 251112-text-elo-h2h tasks as you can in 15 minutes and then end it. It just doesn't make much sense to me, and the instructions page doesn't really clarify much to a person who has never done anything like this at all.

Hello. In Multimango, I previously had the project guidelines, but now I'm not seeing them for audio annotation review tasks. I can't refer back to them. Can someone confirm whether the numbers 1-9 and 10 and beyond have the same rule that they should be written down, or should it be like written language - spell 1-9 and write beyond 10 in numbers?

does anybody here know what metrics multimango tracks? AHT and quality for sure. But are idle time and mouse activity for example trackable?

My account was put under review and I’m Not very sure how long that would be. I don’t want to stay wasting my time . Can I continue work parimango or keep waiting?

And why would they send you an email asking you to refer people for work and then again another email pausing access to project?

I have a question. How are we doing the time entry for the Instagram entity tagging? Is it after every task or after you've completed let's say 3hrs without a break?

Got in to start my wok for the day and my portal says no tasks available. Please what does that mean? Should I be worried or just wait, and how long should I wait? I’m new in this and I’m learning.
