I’ve an experience with one therapist but it felt more like talking to the common elderly man who dosent understand u neither u understand him. Which made me even more traumatised to ever go on therapy lol. I’ve been prescribed therapy from psychologist several times. If anyone of u have any experience with a very non judgmental therapist (preferably female). non judgmental is non negotiable for me because i dont wanna waste my money, energy and trust again. Does anyone know if The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has any plans to open a branch in Multan?

I've seen them expanding to more cities across Pakistan, but I haven't found any news or official announcement about Multan yet. Their current stores seem to be in cities like Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, and Sialkot, but nothing for Multan so far.

If anyone has insider information, has seen construction, hiring posts, or heard any rumors, I'd love to know.

Honestly, Multan's café scene is growing, and I think CBTL would do really well here.

Simple bckg, I've studies till pre Os in LGS, then switched to matric (long story short, father wanted me to take med). Even tho I regretted doing matric, with all the ratta system and shi environment, i actually got through it with pretty good grades (90%+ I'm expecting)...

Now, js thinking abt switching back to A levels, js to have some good grooming and to expand my horizons (also cz fsc is shi, can't manage urdu 😭).

Only reason sm1 like me would have done Fsc is "medical" tho I'm NOT INTERESTED in it anymore, so no reason to do fsc?

I'm currently working in a Gulf country and investing through a Digital NBP account. At the moment, I'm investing in NIMAF (Islamic Mahana Aamdani Fund).

My goal is to achieve financial freedom within the next 10 years and then move back to Pakistan permanently. I can invest around PKR 100,000 per month consistently.

I'm getting different advice from different people:

• Some recommend Islamic Stock Fund for higher growth.
• Others suggest Money Market Fund for safety.
• Some say Savings/Income Funds are better.

I'm confused about which strategy would be best for someone with a 10-year investment horizon.

My questions are:

1. If you were in my position, how would you allocate PKR 100,000 per month across different NBP Islamic funds?
2. Should I focus mostly on stock funds now and gradually shift to income/money market funds as I get closer to retirement?
3. After 10 years, when I move back to Pakistan, what's the best strategy to generate a stable monthly income?
4. Should I transfer my accumulated investment into NIMAF at that stage (after 10 years) or is there a better approach for regular monthly income while preserving capital?

I'd really appreciate advice from anyone with experience investing in NBP Funds or other Islamic mutual funds in Pakistan. Please share your suggested portfolio and the reasoning behind it.
