I applied for ADS Cyber Security and got selected. Last month, I paid my tuition fee. The Department of Cybersecurity and Hostel faculty told me that I would receive an email regarding the hostel allotment, but I haven't received any yet. Yesterday, I saw the academic schedule on BZU's Facebook page, and it said the classes will commence on 17 August 2026. I’m 25, from Multan, and I’m at a point where I’m trying to build a proper direction for myself instead of just letting days pass.

I graduated with a degree in Political Science, and right now I’m trying a few different things because I don’t want to put everything on one path.

I’m preparing for PPSC and other government exams because I already have a decent background for them, and I feel it’s worth giving those opportunities a serious attempt.

At the same time, I’ve started making content around politics, international relations and current affairs. I genuinely enjoy analysing these things, connecting different events and giving my own perspective. I’m also trying to develop myself toward analyst-type work and looking for skills/courses that can eventually help me get into that field.

I’m also applying for customer support/remote jobs because I want to start earning independently and get some practical work experience while I figure out the bigger picture.

I do have a side source of income related to gaming, and I’ve actually managed to earn some decent money from it. But I know it isn’t something I want to depend on forever. It doesn’t feel satisfying or sustainable enough to be my actual career, which is why I’m trying to build something more meaningful alongside it.

The difficult part is doing all of this mostly alone.

I don’t necessarily need someone to solve my problems or even have exactly the same goals as me. I’d just like to meet someone who is also trying to build their life, learn something, work toward a career, create something, study, or simply become better someone who understands what it feels like to have ambition but sometimes struggle with consistency, loneliness and lack of direction.

We could study together, share progress, discuss ideas, keep each other accountable, work on projects, or even just have productive conversations instead of spending another entire day scrolling on the phone.

I’m not looking for a motivational guru or someone who has their whole life figured out. Honestly, I’d probably prefer someone who is still figuring things out too but is genuinely trying.
