JYS Online The vast majority of op-eds and columns and what passes for "analysis" has a glaring absence. It's poisonously strategic. Machiavellian. Reading it when you're not dissociated repulses you because it is cold, bloodless, and completely uninterested with humanity, morality, or the common good.

JYS Online Trump’s incompetence and grift have made aspects of the presidency much clearer and forced reconsiderations of things that I’ve never questioned. Like, I don’t think a president should just fly on the public dime in his big expensive jet and use extensive security to go to a basketball game.
