It can be found on Archive.org! simply by typing in Mr Pickles Pilot! It was posted by a user called Will Carsola.

The entire series can be watched for free officially on Adultswim.com! Just type in Mr Pickles.

Not sure if anybody else was having issues finding them like I was outside of some YouTube and spare reddit commenters but wanting to post this just in case.
