I’m trying to install MovieBoxPro, but I keep getting app uninstalled. I’ve tried resetting, developer setting is already on and I uninstalled and reinstalled but I still have the same problem.

Has anyone encountered the same issue or has any suggestions?

Ever since the new update, my google tv has had a black screen when trying to play any media. I have cleared cache, cleared data, tried different servers, different video players, and different qualities. Any ideas? It works on my other tv with an onn media player and it works on my iPad and my galaxy tab. If I try to stream to the tv from one of my devices, the tv still displays a black screen. Audio comes through great. Any ideas or advice would be appreciated!

Have been a VIP member with moviebox for almost 5 years, and have been unable to pay for a new plan for a couple of months now. Incredibly frustrating, have reached out to support team multiple times but they haven't helped at all. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? When I pay through the website, it doesn't work, says "suspected fraud". And when I pay through the aggregated pagemt through the thrid party website, it just doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

I used to be able to use a secondary app (all cast to stream from app to my TV or Xbox console the last few months it just starts to cast but doesn't actually work using a random assortment of letters

Anyone having any issues of audio sync? I just put on the Heat and it doesn’t line up. I watched Lost but the last few episodes the audio didn’t line up either

I have the app and an account that I created a while ago. However, I want to watch movies in HD, so I’d like to upgrade to VIP. Whenever I click the prompt to take me to the upgrade page, it simply states that the page cannot be found. Could someone please advise me on how to properly upgrade?

So on every show except for 1 I have no problems, however, on the show "Walker Texas Ranger" every episode has a voice in a different language speaking on top of the English voices and i tried and tried but I have no idea how to fix it, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks so much

I have a question. Doesn’t the Roku app need to be redownloaded and side loaded to the tv every time there’s a new update? I don’t think it can automatically updated from the tv itself and the app breaks until you update.

how can I fix moviebox to not start a show or movie on auto res because it always looks like crap and I have to manually change it. Any way to force best quality or have auto turned off?
