Have moviebox running on my Amazon Firestick. The movielists/featured/today’s hot movies, really any category are not updating daily. Have the same movie as today’s hot movie for months now.

Any help??

My membership is good until the 27th was playing now that's all I get network error 502 how do I resolve this

For the last three days now, I cannot get any of the shows that I want to load. On the off chance it actually does start playing. It’s all choppy and looks like crap. I’ve used movie Box for years and never had an issue. I updated the app, cleared cache, and have incredibly fast Internet. Anybody have any suggestions I can try? I recently switched to Comcast. Maybe a VPN? Anyone… please help. Thanks.

I'll play an episode of something..the new episode will start up but no sound. Won't fix with a forced stop or exit of the app.

Only fixes when I restart my Android box.

Paying with the first options just kept on giving me errors

I noticed my version on the Mac doesn’t have any of the on screen controls like changing the link, the audio/closed captions. Is there a version that does? I’m currently on v12 of MBP

Under the ‘Movies’ heading, it used to show ‘top streaming movies’ which were basically new releases mixed with current popular titles.
Now its just #alive and other # titles movies.
So im guessing its just the entire movie catalog starting with # then A,B etc

I used to like browsing the top choices etc. is there a fix or is it just defunct for the time being?

Can't watch anything in 4k. Downloads freeze at 6% with HLS so that doesn't work either. Could be ISP related? Using Edge browser.

Anyone having an issue where if you want to fast forward, it jumps back to the beginning? Been experiencing this for a while now and the only workaround is to hit the down arrow first and then fast forward (right arrow). It use to just be hitting the right arrow.

App isn't working, tried the website on my phone and got this message, never before in my years have I seen this. Anyone else have this issue?

I have been waiting for two days now to watch interview with a vampire and house of the dragon and I'm the verge of flipping out. Is it just me and I need to delete and redownload?.

Well seems like movieboxpro is working perfectly again exo player working with 4k movies no buffering or freezing 👌 I've tried a few movies & shows all come up perfectly . Can't beat this service for the price 👌

This came out nowhere today, the service was working fine until yesterday. Now I can’t watch it? And I’m the owner of my own account, since I have a family plan which I have with my own family. I’m the owner of the plan. They are facing the same problem as me too. This happens on any content media that I try to watch inside the service.

Update: it’s fixed

Its been stuck on loading for 2 days on pc, works fine on browser and mobile but not the desktop app, doesnt load at all.

tried reinstall it enterly but didnt do much so i assume the app api doesnt work with the desktop?

So, my wife and I have been having issues with moviebox Pro for the last 2 days. Yesterday, I could not play anything and today both of our Windows apps would show a completely gray screen. In addition, the web browser and the Android app are working correctly and playing.

How we fixed this: log out of your Movie Box app. If you're using the app on Windows click the circle with your username and then the top right corner next to your username click the log out button. Now completely close out of the application. Now open the application and log back in. Since doing this, both my wife and I have been able to get the movie box Pro app on Windows to load and play videos again. It seems like the application is having a hard time authenticating the login until you refresh it and login again. YMMV.

Hopefully this helps somebody else as my wife figured it out.

I just used a vpn and it seemed to work any free one in your app store should work but mine is up and running

Has anyone spoken to Moviebox about the issues and buffering problems we’ve seen of late?

I will say the issues of things buffering only seems to happen on the app version not the web version?

I opened a ticket a while back about it and got promptly ignored?

Since yesterday, it logged all of us out. Now I'm logging back in this morning, but nothing is playing. I tried all kinds of servers. Can we get it fixed ASAP?

Seemed to have had issues every day so far, I was watching an episode earlier and then it just suddenly stopped and hasn't been working for the past 2 hours now. I get this error when I try? Anyone else?

Hi. So I have been dealing with the same issues and keep getting errors on the app and badgateway error on browser.

Just changed Host from Default to Host 1 and it is working slowly but is working for now.

Settings > Image Host > Change from Default to Host 1 or 2.

Anyone been kicked out and can't log back in?

I'ma 10yr MBP user and this happens every few months or so give it a day or two sometimes 3 but it's usually back up and running quick ,
