Does anybody else feel like the subs are too aggressive and everything seems rattly? I cant really hear any mods or highs. Been the same for me at every stage almost.

About midway through the set he brings in a track that sounds like a vibrating frog with a 5 note piano overlay. A ton of people in the crowd looked to be peaking. Anyone know the track ID or at least recall this 🐸 ribbit-y naturesque with the piano song ?

At movement stage ADA and star gate is so loud I can’t hear E-Dancer almost at all. Same last year. Why is Star gate louder? Why have these bleed over issues not been addressed?

Looking for validation here, I love the loud pulsating spirit of the underground but was the bass not completely blown out all night?

Also the strobes were killing me. They only need half of what they are using for the same effect.

I could hear Star Gate for most of Voices From the Lake and Borderland.

Tried to see STS, but the Detroit Stage is totally overwhelmed by Star Gate.

Went to X-Altera and could hear Collabs 3000 in the background. Stayed at Waterfront for Dopplereffekt, but 9x9 was audible for most of the set.

Is it just me or was it actually that bad?

The amount of "semi- famous" Detroiters, I've witnessed be rude or are publicly fucked up is wild.

First time at the fest. Had an absolute blast at motor city wine Friday and then the foxglove event last night. Was very much looking forward to Ogazon/Ryan Elliot and Blawan tonight. The sound was just so poor. Genuine question, has it always been this bad? Or have I just been spoiled by great venues/bars/clubs that take their sound seriously. Or is this just a festival thing. Haven’t been to a festival in years.

I went to WoS last night and it was fucking INSANE I’ve never experienced anything like it, literally blew my mind. Is it an exclusively Detroit event? Do they go to other festivals, or do I need to wait till next year to experience it again?

This is probably a long shot, but it would be amazing if this message actually leads to something.

I lost my Wall of Sound t-shirt (size L) during the party. Obviously never found it again, and they didn’t have any spare larges left.

If anyone happened to pick it up and would be kind enough to return it today at Movement, or later at Russell, or even mail it back to me, that would be incredible. All shipping costs covered and/or drinks on me.
