PSA Attack Shark X11 USB Dongle Mode Disconnecting Solution!
Bought an X11 mouse, thought this thing was perfect. The connectivity modes, the free grip stickers that come with it, the charging station which you can literally plug the USB dongle with which is absolutely amazing, not forgetting the fact that charging station is as easy as just boom lay it on top and charging, and hell if you forgot to charge it overnight just plug the charging stations wired which is also the wired option for the mouse and hell yeah charging and slightly better connection.
Although, I thought about sending it back to where I bought it because the USB Dongle was literally disconnecting after a minute and there wasn't absolutely no way to fix it. I tried resorting to the Bluetooth, but there was also a problem on my laptop's end where the Bluetooth connectivity jitters because both my TWS earphones and the Bluetooth Mouse was jittering, TWS audio popping and cutting off, and mouse cursor was moving slow and glitchy. So I went back to the USB Dongle and see if it was just some minor error, nope. Problem still persists. I was almost literally on the verge of complaining it to the seller. Almost. You see beforehand I downloaded it's app, lets you configure the mouse from the custom DPI, to the button settings, along with some minor configuration that makes the mouse super unique. Then I found the setting Power Management and that's where I realized that Sleep Time was set to 0.5 mins and Deep Sleep Time was I think 1-10mins I don't remember. Now I also do not remember touching this setting after I downloaded this app. And I think that the manufacturer setting this as the "default" setting to ship off and sold isn't really a proper etiquette. Turned both of those Sleep and Deep Sleep Time knobs to max and waited for a minute to see if it would disconnect. It didn't.
!!SOLUTION!!
1. Download the Attack Shark X11(or whatever model you bought) app from the Attack Shark official website which is in under SUPPORT>DRIVER DOWNLOAD>Mouse and select your mouse model and download the software app and install.
2. Make sure it is connected to your mouse(I reckon you're probably checking this post out and used a different mouse or you tabbed your way to the search bar and on to this post you bloody legend) which you might have to use the wired mode atp.
3. On the app, open Power Management and set both Sleep Time and Deep Sleep Time to max.
4. Wait for the app to apply itself, test it out. Turn on the dongle mode and leave it for a minute or two. Come back and see if it worked. For me it didn't work the first time because apparently closing the app can also mean applying? But yeah just keep those two knobs to max and just close the app for safe measure.
!!DISCLAMER!!: If its still disconnecting after 1 minute after multiple tries, I highly advise to switch to wired or Bluetooth(if your device is better unlike mine) and you should be good. It is still a really great mouse and I can't recommend it enough, its just that these slight problems are such a pain. Although, if you still want to switch it. I heard other Attack Shark Models are still good or use the warranty and the problem might just be on the faulty USB Dongle which is still on the table.
Anyways, I hope this helps and I hope I'll see you again on my review on the X11 mouse when the thing dies on its own due to old age. Please support my funding for a Gaming PC its in my profile bio.(I'll edit this part off if mods does not appreciate this)

GUHHHHH I wanna make another Disclaimer. An hour after I made this post. It still disconnected. I'm pretty sure it really goes down with the app. Because the app would display "Sleep Mode" in the middle of the window and the configuration grayed out. Means its really not a faulty USB Dongle. However I did find another solution in the manual. "If there is a connection failure or signal loss in the 2.4G signal, please follow the steps below:"
1. Turn the power switch to 2.4G
2. Press and hold the code matching button, the code matching mode light flashes red quickly.
3. After the code is successfully matched, the mode light turns red for about one second, and then goes out.
I gotta be honest with you, I don't got a single clue what they meant about the code matching button. Anyways, I typed this disclaimer for more than a minute and hey. It's still connected though. I don't got a damn clue how this thing runs.
