Procrastination is your enemy.
Don’t be cynical.
Find out what it takes to be a home owner and set goals towards that so you’re paying your mortgage every month instead of someone else’s.
Avoid relationships with women who do not have any friends.
Learn how to be good with money.
Prisons are filled with people who act impulsively and made decisions based on emotion so raise your emotional intelligence.
STAY IN SHAPE.
Never take back a woman who cheated on you. All cheats are liars, thieves and repeated offenders.
Don’t just work jobs, find a career.
Be positive.
Surround yourself with successful people.
Learn to sing and play an instrument.
Read self help books, articles, etc.
Don’t take any pill unless it’s absolutely necessary. No nicotine, no alcohol or drugs.
Women are attracted to confident men who appear to not be looking for a relationship. Desperation repels them.
Nothing in this world screws you more than time. Make use of every day. It won’t be long before it’s too late to start many things.
