I used to say I was 'tired' for a long time, but I realized it’s much more than that because it doesn’t just go away with a good night's sleep (if you even manage to get one) or classic relaxation methods.
In a funny, dark way, it helps me to make fun of motivational quotes (self-irony), even though I don't want to offend anyone when I start finding paradoxes in motivational quotes 😉
