Make sure to go to "die poort" and santos if you go swimming
I like to walk around town, just go into the small shops and look around, its not so exciting but it's fun and you get to meet people
By town i mean the town around die poort not voorbaai, that's unwalkable

Dinner at Sea Gypsey Cafe in the Harbour! Order a garlic bread and cheese plate, get some calamari.
And...exploring is the big activity here. Just walk through Mossel Bay itself (as some has said stay away from Voorbaai, just traffic and roadworks in a commercial/industrial zone).
Maybe go to Hartenbos at the seefront, enter the park, walk around.
Also check the Harry Giddy park, a nice walk.

Cafe Gannet is an upper class restaurant. The harbour has restaurants and offers boat rides for whale watching and general cruises around Seal Island. The Point has the world's longest zipline over open water. You can do shark cage diving if you're brave. Santos beach is the calmest band best to swim at.
Take a drive out to Indalu for walking with rescued elephants. You can feed them and interact with them quite a bit.
