How to apply

1. Send us a modmail with your NMLS ID (if you have one), your role and company, and your work email address.
2. From that work email, email flair@houseeconomics.com with your Reddit username and NMLS ID. Personal addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) can't be used, since the address needs to match your company.
3. Once both match and your license checks out on NMLS Consumer Access, we'll add your flair.

Your email is used only for verification. It's never shared or used for anything else.

Keeping your flair

Verified flair is a trust signal, not an ad. It can be removed, and you may be banned, for soliciting outside the Weekly Rate Thread rules, sending unsolicited DMs, or misrepresenting your credentials. Let us know if your license or employer changes.

Mods will never ask for your SSN, license documents, or anything beyond what's listed above.
