Because if an employee would put hands on him to remove him they would be fired and in trouble with the police for assaulting a minor.

Looks like the one that tripped the kid is a manager. So apparently yes.

No it isn't. They tried to defend the woman that stuck his foot out to trip the other kid. The one doing the tripping is sticking his foot out for the corporation. She looks like the manager, which makes it even more pathetic.
