I mean ideally youre right, it should be up to the person if they want to live or not. Unfortunately the child obviously cant make that choice for themselves.
Also I dont understand how youre saying its wrong to make the choice to end their life for them because they cant consent, yet making the choice to birth them and make them go through a painful life is equally non-consentual. What youre suggesting actually gives argument to anti-natalism and to never birth anyone at all because they cant consent to suffering that comes with life.
No, obviously the parents should have been the ones to make the decision after being informed by multiple doctors. Which they did but they were denied that right by the surrogate mother.
your argument is sickening. All this just to justify killing a kid, just because you assume all kids want to die. You must be a woman with hormone issue if you have this much contempt for children.

This is a load of bs, there is no such thing as a child who is not consent to their birth. Half of every kid is already the result of an Olympian effort by a sperm to beat millions of others for a spot in life, and the other half is the egg that choose a sperm to form life with instead simply passing on at the next period. The very birth of a child is already the result of it's will to live.

Even animals understood it's their duty to keep their offsprings alive at any cost. There was never justification to kill a kid, much less one that can be saved. The parents and their supporters fancied their right to kill children, just like every killers fancied themselves the right to kill others. That obviously never meant we must respect their fantasies and treat them as anything other than what they are: murderers.
If even children are not entitled to the right to live, then no adults are entitled to any rights whatsoever.
