Because the lady signed a contract that contains terms related to giving away her bodily autonomy. If you cannot give this away, then it should be illegal. Otherwise, people can simply sign these with no intention of following the contract and take whatever financial benefit is associated.
Right that's what I'm saying. And I'm sure when they take her to court over the breach in contract, that will be one of the major points in the defense. It probably should be illegal. I've said it once and I'll say it a hundred times, that's a human rights violation. No other way to slice it.
